This study aimed to examine the impact of the application of secondary school directors in Gaza Governorate to the dimensions of interactive leadership in achieving the standards of the learning organization in the light of the following variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, and the directorate). The study followed the descriptive approach. The study was conducted using two questionnaires: interactive leadership, learning organization, on a sample of (308) male and female teachers: (145) males, (163) females in the academic year 2019/2020.
