This study and paper demonstrates Dr. Boilini's commitment to listening to and learning from her students to ensure that the courses she teaches in the field of Educational Leadership at UNF are relevant and meaningful. Her dissertation, completed at Purdue University, discussed the concept of shared decision making to enact change in the school setting.
