Students with learning disabilities are placed in general education classrooms in increasing numbers. Many of these students receive additional services in Resource Room programs taught by a special education teacher. The intent of this study was to determine if students with disabilities, who were struggling in mathematics, increased achievement utilizing Resource Room instruction as an intervention. Students in the study were in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades and performed at least one grade level below expectations for that grade in mathematics. All of the students had a specific learning disability. Eksplorasi Permasalahan Dalam Implementasi Community-Based Education Di Fakultas Kedokteran, Vivi Meidianawaty, Widyandana Widyandana, Tri Nur Kristina

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dapat ditemukan saat implementasi Community-based Education (CBE) di fakultas kedokteran. Pendekatan kualitatif eksplorasi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam implementasi program CBE. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di fakultas kedokteran negeri dan swasta dengan evaluasi dokumen, wawancara semistruktur, dan observasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program CBE yang tidak menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran bersifat generik, kurang melibatkan peran aktif masyarakat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mahasiswa, kebutuhan masyarakat yang jarang teridentifikasi, dan tidak adanya program yang berkelanjutan dapat menyebabkan kejenuhan masyarakat atau kegagalan program CBE mencapai tujuannya.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher Order Thinking Skills/HOTS) siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA berdasarkan indikator yang telah disusun. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam penelitian ini meliputi kemampuan logika dan penalaran, analisis, evaluasi, serta kreasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi metode dokumentasi, tes, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model simultan model logistik satu parameter (ML1P) dengan waktu respon. Analisis terhadap model menggunakan data simulasi, yang skenario pembangkitan data simulasi dilakukan berdasarkan banyaknya peserta tes (500, 1000) dan banyaknya soal tes (11, 20, 40). Setiap skenario direplikasi sebanyak 30 kali. Metode estimasi parameter model menggunakan metode Bayesian, Markov Chain Monte Carlo. Analisis terhadap model dilakukan dengan menghitung selisih antara besaran parameter bangkitan (true value) dengan besaran parameter estimasi. This article discusses the evaluation results of the separation index and fit item of creative thinking skills assessment that supports the conation aspect of prospective biology teachers in Aceh. This assessment consists of 37 items of divergent tasks, which is the application of human physiology courses that support the conation aspects. This research was conducted to study the improvement of students' understanding of automotive electrical system by applying automotive electrical multimedia. The multimedia was developed and validated by automotive and multimedia experts before being applied in teaching and learning processes. The research design was a single group pretest-posttest design with three field testing. The results showed that in the preliminary field testing, the students' understanding increased by 32.55%; in the main field testing, the understanding was up to 64.89%; and in the operational field testing, the understanding became 77.36%. The aim of this article was to classify The Indonesian Scholastic Aptitude Test or Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) results for each subtest and describe scholastic aptitudes in each subtest. The subject of this study was 36,125 prospective students who took the selection test in some universities. Data analysis began by estimating testees' ability using the Item Response Theory, and benchmarking process using the scale anchoring method applying ASP.net web server technology. This study aims to empirically assess the relationship between accounting students' academic performances and moral competencies by focusing on final-year accounting students enrolled at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The students' moral competencies were measured using a scenario-based instrument developed through a collaboration with Islamic accounting scholars, called the Muslim Accountant Moral Competency Test (MAMOC), whilst students' academic performances were measured using their Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CGPAs). Contrary to the expected positive relationship between these two variables, the study found a negative, and insignificant, relationship. This study aims to produce a valid and reliable instrument in preparing students prior to class at university level of introductory Waves and Optics course. The instrument so called Pre-class Reading Task for Waves and Optics (PRT-WO) was used to probe students' knowledge acquired through targeted reading activities. In practice, PRT-WO was given in a series before actual face-to-face class as a reading assignment. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan tahap pengembangan tes menurut Hambleton dan Jones (1993). Proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (FK Unswagati) lebih menekankan pada hasil tes seleksi akademik sebagai faktor kognitif, sedangkan faktor non-kognitif kurang diperhitungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor kognitif dan non-kognitif pada seleksi mahasiswa baru sebagai prediktor prestasi akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah potong lintang dengan sampel total berjumlah 97 orang terdiri dari mahasiswa angkatan 2009 dan 2010. Prestasi akademik diukur melalui IPK S.ked, rerata nilai blok, dan Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen bakat keguruan yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu: pra-pengembangan, pengembangan konseptual, dan uji coba instrumen. Data dianalisis dengan item response theory partial credit model, analisis faktor konfirmatori, validitas konkuren, validitas konvergen, dan koefisien reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen bakat keguruan terdiri atas tiga dimensi yaitu kreativitas pedagogi, komitmen pedagogi, dan kecerdasan emosi. Pengembangan Soal Matematika Model Pisa Menggunakan Konteks Jambi, Ninik Charmila, Zulkardi Zulkardi, Darmawijoyo Darmawijoyo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan soal matematika model PISA untuk siswa SMP menggunakan konteks Jambi yang valid, praktis, dan memiliki efek potensial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design research tipe development study. Analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berupa seperangkat soal matematika model PISA menggunakan konteks Jambi yang valid, praktis dan memlilki efek potensial sebanyak 14 butir soal. Valid dari segi konten, konstruk, dan bahasa berdasarkan penilaian validator, praktis berdasarkan uji coba small group dan memiliki efek potensial berdasarkan analisis hasil jawaban siswa dan angket pada field test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas soal Ujian Sekolah Matematika program IPA dan kontribusi skor Ujian Sekolah terhadap nilai Ujian Nasional. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah enam SMA Swasta Yayasan Katolik di Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel adalah lima SMA yang representatif dalam menggambarkan ciri populasi. Naskah soal ditelaah tiga orang ahli untuk analisis kualitas soal secara kualitatif. Jawaban siswa dianalisis secara Teori Tes Klasik dan Teori Respons Butir untuk mengetahui kualitas soal secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan model evaluasi pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak di MTs, (2) menghasilkan instrumen evaluasi yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas, (3) mengetahui kelayakan Model Logik Evaluasi Pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak (MLEPAA). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg dan Gall. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian untuk unit analisis siswa dengan simple random sampling sejumlah 330 siswa dari tiga MTsN di Kabupaten Banyumas, 3 orang Guru Akidah dan Akhlak, dan 3 orang Kepala MTsN.
