The study aimed to define the role of educational initiatives in public schools in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah Irbid Brigade with the professional growth of teachers from their point of view, and to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used with a correlational relationship, and the questionnaire is a tool for the study, which was distributed to a sample of (365) teachers working in government schools in the Directorate of Education of the Irbid Kasbah Brigade.
