The profession of school psychology has changed significantly over the course of its existence. With more positions available than can be filled and the growing need for colleges and universities to produce new generations of school psychologists, it is important to understand what people know about the field. The present study was conducted to examine the relationship between the current level of knowledge that undergraduate students in West Virginia have about the field and the decision to select school psychology as a profession.
