The study examined the socio-economic effects of the Orisumbare sawmill industry on the residents of Ikire, Irewole local government area of Osun State. The objectives of the study include, examination of the socio-economic characteristics of the respondents, the positive effects of industry on the residents, the negative impacts of industry on the residents, and the perceived environmental-induced diseases caused by industrial activities. This study assessed educational facilities in the Osogbo metropolis, Nigeria, aiming to evaluate the available educational facilities, examine student and staff satisfaction levels, and analyze their availability across schools in the area. The sample consisted of 476 schools, from which 73 were randomly selected. A multistage sampling procedure was employed to sample 1,863 pupils/students and 87 teachers for questionnaire administration, complemented by observation. Data were analyzed using Mean Weighted Average, Summation of Weighted Value, and Analysis of Variance. This article evaluates the infrastructure development plans in Zambia's newly established districts, primarily focusing on assessing their effectiveness. Infrastructure development encompasses various strategies, and this study investigates the factors influencing the selection of these strategies for implementing infrastructure projects in Zambia. Through structured interviews and questionnaires distributed to 500 respondents, the research highlights the critical role of community involvement. Carbon is generated through human socio-economic activities, with territorial space serving as the medium for these activities. Manuscript Type: Research Paper Research Aims: To analyze how demand, convenience, interactivity, and playfulness in short videos influence perceived enjoyment, which in turn affects hedonic motivation and impulsive repurchase intentions, both directly and indirectly.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used quantitative research with 278 respondents, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Research Findings: Demand, convenience, and playfulness significantly enhance perceived enjoyment, while interactivity does not. Perceived enjoyment positively influences hedonic motivation, which partially mediates its effect on impulsive repurchase intention.

According to data from BPS in 2022, over 16.5 million motorcycles are registered in Jakarta, and 62.3% of Jabodetabek commuters use them. Households' income and other concerns constitute important sustainable housing choices factors that play vital roles in influencing rental housing affordability decisions. The Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps (KORLANTAS POLRI) and the Army Staff and Command School (SESKOAD) conducted a joint study in early March 2023 to reduce the number of traffic accident victims by implementing traffic regulations by the Military Police and Traffic Police. One of the methods used by KORLANTAS POLRI is the installation of ETLE speed cameras on Jakarta toll roads, such as Cikampek, Jagorawi, Bitung, and others. Janjang Wulung Village is one of seven villages located at a highland of 593.73 meters above sea level in Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Research Aims: This study aimed to reveal the underlying attributes of the customer experience in the sharing economy of online food delivery (OFD).
Design/Methodology/Approach: After collecting 45,116 reviews from the Google Play store, a semantic network analysis was conducted. Python programming language and text mining were utilised to extract keywords from online reviews, a frequency analysis was performed, and a CONvergence of iterated CORrelations (CONCOR) analysis was conducted using Ucinet 6.0.

Research Aims: This research aimed to investigate vertical partnerships between Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and first-tier automotive component firms based on the relationships between technology transfer, technical exchange, government role and supplier performance in the Greater Jakarta area.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A total of 65 respondent firms participated, comprising 6 OEMs and 59 first-tier firms. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in accounting as the impact of industrial revolution 4.0 has raised various concerns regarding the future of accountants and the possibility that accountants will be replaced by AI.
