In this 2026 interview, Bill Brand, a former corporate executive and, since 2023, a trustee on the Ohio University Foundation Board, discusses his lifelong connections to Ohio University (OU) and Athens, Ohio. An OU alum, Brand earned a Bachelor of Science from the Scripps College of Communication in 1987. He discusses what about OU—from when he first visited in the early 80s up until now—has continued to entice him into involvement with the university. Este libro presenta una serie de investigaciones desarrolladas desde 2016 sobre la informalidad en Colombia, específicamente el comercio informal en el espacio público y las fuentes de financiación de los vendedores informales. La primera investigación, realizada en Chapinero, Bogotá, analizó las condiciones socioeconómicas y las limitaciones financieras de estos comerciantes. En 2017, el estudio se expandió a Villavicencio y Cúcuta, examinando las fuentes de financiación informal y sugiriendo políticas públicas para la inclusión financiera. In an effort to increase sales, most major retail companies seek to recruit and reward loyal customers for regular frequent purchases. Companies inspire and reward their loyal customers to enhance repeat purchase and sales opportunities.
