The Addition Of Spiritual Dimension On Customer Value To Investigate The Relationship Of Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction And Behavior Intention On Islamic Banks Saving Products In Indonesia, Adi Zakaria Afiff, Rifelly Dewi Astuti

This study propose the addition of a spiritual dimension in the formation of customer value, in addition to the functional, social and emotional dimension of customer value that has already been empirically tested in previous studies, among customers who own saving products at Islamic banks in Indonesia. The study also investigate the relationship between customer value and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer behavioral intentions among these Islamic banks customers. The results show that spiritual dimension is significantly related to the customer value together with all three other dimensions (functional, social and emotional) of customer value. …

Previous studies indicate that religion may influence consumer attitude and behavior in general, especially in food purchasing decisions and eating habits. There are limited studies that examined the role of religiosity in consumer behaviour; especially in relations to halal meat consumption. Due to gaps found in the literature, this study investigates the determinants of intention to eat halal meat. It also examines the levels of determinants of halal meat consumption between Indonesian Muslim living in Jakarta and Melbourne. Respondents were personally and electronically contacted. (Nov. 23, 2021) – East Tennessee State University’s Department of Media and Communication will offer a series of courses and testing leading to the Adobe Certified Associate (ACP) professional credential in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects beginning Dec. 13.
Course participants will have access to online training materials for three weeks. All courses are 100% online and asynchronous. (Nov. 23, 2021) - A course to train pharmacy technicians is offered by East Tennessee State University’s Office of Professional Development from Feb. 1-April 26, 2022.
This class, limited to 35 students, will train assistants to assist pharmacists in handling medications and serving patients. Those who pass the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) examination become nationally certified.
The course instructor is Cheryl Ollry, a pharmacy technician with the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She has over 15 years of experience in retail and hospital pharmacy. The course now offers more sessions to accommodate PTCB requirements.

Such sociocultural currency is referred to as celebrity capital, which can be exchanged within the field of advertising through celebrity endorsements. Recent advances in interactive communication have allowed companies to introduce new digital technologies to differentiate their online customer chatting services, but little is known about how customers perceive these new services. This paper investigates whether including authentic information on the back labels of wine bottles enhances consumers’ confidence and purchase intentions about wine; it also assesses the moderating role of involvement and knowledge about wine. We conducted two experimental studies. Study 1 generated three findings. First, when the back label had authentic information, subjects showed higher confidence levels. Second, this effect was hold for subjects with low levels of involvement. Finally, we did not observe this effect for subjects with high levels of involvement. We investigate the aggregate impact of consumer reviews on market outcome in a differentiated product category. We model consumers as Bayesian learners who use online consumer reviews to learn and update their beliefs on product quality before their choice. For our empirical analysis, we use aggregate-level, longitudinal data from Amazon.com in the digital camcorder category and estimate the demand parameters. Using model estimates, we conduct two simulation studies and quantify the impact of consumer reviews on the market outcome. Johnson City, Tenn. - ( Nov. 15, 2021) Children in grades 1-6 are invited to attend the Renaissance Child Winter Enrichment program at East Tennessee State University from Monday-Wednesday, Dec. 20-22.
This three-day Winter Baking and Cooking experience, hosted by the ETSU Office of Professional Development, includes a field trip to the ETSU Planetarium with an emphasis on the winter sky and space.
Counselors have planned multiple holiday arts and crafts, games and winter fun enrichment activities for campers, with outdoor play included as weather allows.

Michael Jones titled “Hardboiled Hysterics: Modernity and Impossible Masculinities” at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, at the Reece Museum. The event is part of the Sigma Tau Delta lecture series sponsored by ETSU’s chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honor society that promotes universal literacy, excellence in writing and appreciation of the literary arts.
