Reflection Of Covid-19 Pandemic On Organizational Trust Perception Of Hotel Employees: An Intergenerational Comparison, Isil Arikan Saltik, Yasin Karasu

In this study, organizational trust perception of X and Y generation hotel employees during the COVID-19 pandemic is examined. For this purpose, a total of 442 valid data were collected from the employees of 5-star hotels in Bodrum, by survey technique. Considering the limited interaction issue during the Covid 19 pandemic, convenience sampling, one of the non-random sampling methods, was applied in the study. Within the study, the three-dimensional structure of the organizational trust scale was confirmed by factor analysis.
