This paper examines the effect of website layout, privacy and security, customer experience, customer service, and product delivery service on online shopping satisfaction in Malaysia. With swift economic development and advanced digital technology infrastructure, online shopping in Malaysia is undergoing transformation. Businesses are advised to change their business operation towards digitalization. The aim of this research study is to determine the factors, i.e., childhood socialization, institutional socialization, cultural socialization, fear of workplace penalty and afraid of getting terminated from work of organizational fear that influence the effective performance among the Malaysian fresh graduate employees. Data were collected from 119 fresh graduate employees who have their jobs in their first year in organization and data was analysed by using statistical analyses. This study aims to identify if macroeconomics-related indicators consisting of gross domestic product (GDP), inflation, population and economic shocks are related in the Malaysia’s youth unemployment. The youth unemployment rate and its determinants’ data from an extended period of 1982 to 2020 were obtained from the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM). By employing the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) analysis, findings show that Gross Domestic Product and Population significantly affect Youth Unemployment in the long-run. This paper aims to analyse the mitigating effects of ownership structure on earnings management (EM) practices. Data were collected from firms listed on Bursa Malaysia’s main market, covering the years 2011 through 2021. Panel Regression was employed to analyses the data, with the aid of STATA software version 17. The finding of this study confirmed significant negative association between foreign ownership (FOW) and EM of listed firms in Malaysia. Additionally, managerial ownership (MOW) and ownership concentration (OC) were found to be insignificantly related to EM. This study examined the effect of board diversity, audit committee and earnings management of oil and gas (o&g) companies listed in Nigeria stock exchange. Female directors and foreign directors served as proxies for board diversity, audit committee independence and meeting frequency were moderating variables to study possible discretionary accruals in earnings. Eleven o&g companies in Nigeria that were listed that had consistently produced audited yearly financial reports from 2009 to 2019 were employed to accomplish the study's goals. This research note addresses the gap in the household’s intention to recycle clothes in the Malaysian context. It examines the intention of recycling clothes by integrating lack of facilities and social media usage into The Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) framework. An online survey was developed and distributed throughout Malaysia via social media platforms, and data was collected from 148 respondents. They were then screened and analysed. This study examined how economic activities affect the direction of money supply in Malaysia. The overnight policy rate is the interest rate set by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) as its monetary policy tool. Based on the Keynesian Economic Theory, the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model was applied to analyse how the industrial production index, interest rate and consumer price index influenced money supply. This paper studied how house prices were affected by macroeconomic factors from Q1 2009 to Q4 2018. The short and long-run effects of real income, nominal interest rates, inflation rate and stock prices on house prices in Malaysia were examined with the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) of a restricted error correction model (ECM). It was discovered that the selected macroeconomic factors were cointegrated with house prices. Since 2000, the ratio of debt to income among Malaysian households has been showing an upward trend. This paper examines the factors affecting accumulation of household loans into two main categories, housing loans and consumption loans. The purpose of this separation is to study the impact of savings on housing loans and consumption loans individually, which has not been researched in a Malaysian context prior to this.
