Creativity Exercises In The Field Of Entrepreneurship, Todd A. Finkle, Mark Shrader

The purpose of this article is to provide entrepreneurship educators with examples of exercises to foster creativity within their entrepreneurship programs. We discuss attributes that develop creativity as well as those that deter creativity. We also outline 10 specific exercises that instructors can use in their classrooms to stimulate creativity. The practical implications of the article will allow entrepreneurship educators to become more proficient in stimulating student creativity in today’s ever-changing environment.

This paper demonstrates the benefits and application of Straussian Grounded Theory method in conducting research in complex settings where parameters are poorly defined. It provides a detailed illustration on how this method can be used to build an internationalization theory. The Influence Of Vietnam’S Administrative Reform On Entrepreneurial Orientation In Micro-Enterprises, Mai T T Thai

Basing on the results of a face-to-face survey and secondary data from General Statistics Office of Vietnam, we found that the administration reform of Vietnam has had a positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on all of its three dimensions, namely managerial perception, firm behavior, and resource allocation in Vietnamese micro-enterprises. The firms have shown to take higher risks and be more proactive but they have not put an emphasis on innovation yet. In this paper, we present the reform’s milestones and the evolution of EO in Vietnamese microenterprises along these three dimensions.
