This research presents an overview of the Proactive Behavior. It focuses on both the concept of proactivity and discusses the motivational features as a positive behavioral method that could lead to improving individuals’, and organizations’ performance and efficiency, making it an attractive method to adapt. The Relationship Between Organizational Justice And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Among Local Administration Employees Of Algeria, Bahri Saber

This study addresses the relationship between the organizational justice (OJ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OSB) among the local administration’s employees through the five-factor model: altruism, courtesy, conscience, civic virtue, and sportsmanship. To achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher implemented two scales; namely, the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Specifically speaking, these scales were adapted to suit both the nature and the environment of the study and applied to 72 employees at workplace.
