تتناول هذه الدراسة تشخيص مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و فاعلية الرسالة التسويقية الإلكترونية، وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة لعينة من طلاب جامعة بغداد. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل دور منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحسين التفاعل مع الإعلانات التجارية وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان وزع على 200 طالب، وتم تحليلها إحصائيًا باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ لاختبار الثبات، بالإضافة إلى اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية قياس مستوى الوضوح الاستراتيجي لدى القادة الإداريون في جامعة الشرقية بسلطنة عمان، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (384) قيادي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الوضوح الاستراتيجي للأداء المؤسسي لدى موظفي جامعة الشرقية بسلطنة عمان كان عاليا، وكذلك جاء متوسطًا أيضًا في بعد وضوح الإجراءات والأنشطة، وبعد وضوح الأهداف وبعد وضوح الهيكل التنظيمي، بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث بسبب متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي.

This study explores online learning experiences, focusing on their advantages and disadvantages through a qualitative analysis of responses from 30 students at a private institution in Malaysia. The data was collected to gain insight into students' positive impacts and challenges during online learning. The study identified key positive impacts of online learning, including flexibility and accessibility, which allowed students to attend classes from any location and manage their schedules effectively. This study examines the determinants of profitability and stability of 14 Islamic banks in Malaysia using secondary data from 2018 until 2022. Hausman and Breush-Pagan's tests indicate that the fixed effect panel model is the best model to predict the relationships. The final fixed effect model for the profitability of Islamic banks shows that capital adequacy ratio (CAR), Z-score, and gross domestic product (GDP) have significant relationships with return on assets (ROA). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of political connections and earnings management and to explore the role of the board of directors’ efficacy on the relationship between political connections and earnings management practices. A panel data set of 365 observations from 73 firms (2018 to 2022) listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) was used, and the Driscoll and Kraay standard error fixed effect was employed in testing the hypotheses. This study examines the relationship between Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) compliance and financial performance in Malaysian banks from 2013 to 2022. Using advanced machine learning techniques, including Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, K-nearest Neighbours, Extra Trees, Gradient Boosting, and Random Forests, banks were classified into financial performance tiers. Gradient Boosting was the most effective, achieving 80% accuracy in categorising medium and low-performance tiers. Significant correlations were found between SDGs 10 and 15, as well as financial metrics like market capitalisation and asset turnover. Business owners and investors are concerned that layoff announcements and company age may negatively impact earnings per share (EPS), reducing investor confidence and ultimately lowering stock performance. This decline in stock value can affect a company’s ability to attract investment and sustain long-term growth. Grounded in the prospect theory, the purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine the relationship between the percentage of layoffs, company age, and earnings per share. Valuation plays a central role in determining Chapter 11 reorganization outcomes. However, obtaining accurate valuation estimates of reorganized firms is challenging because of limited firm-specific market-based information and the oft-conflicting incentives of claimholders. We examine the role of industry peer information in reducing misvaluations and its implications for unintended interclaimant wealth transfers and postreorganization performance. First, we find that the availability of relevant industry peer information is negatively associated with equity valuation errors for firms emerging from Chapter 11. This study examines the effects of firms' green innovation on their future financial and environmental performance. If pollution is primarily a manifestation of wasted resources, then investments in pollution prevention technologies can both reduce the environmental impact of production and improve financial performance. In contrast, investments in pollution control technologies likely reduce the environmental impact of production without improving financial performance. Using green patents to capture firms' investments in these two types of technologies, we find that the value of a firm's pollution prevention patents is positively associated with its future financial and environmental performance, and that the positive impact …

For the 2025 production season, 83 crop budgets were developed for Nebraska. These budgets show slightly lower per-unit costs compared to 2023 and 2024. The primary factor behind the reduction in input costs is the lower estimated costs of fuel and fertilizer.
