Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Analisis Sengketa Pajak Penghasilan Badan Atas Koreksi Biaya Promosi Bagi End-User (Studi Kasus PT SAF Tahun 2018). Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dasar koreksi Direktur Jenderal Pajak dan Argumentasi dari Wajib Pajak (PT SAF) terkait sengketa atas biaya promosi yang dilakukan. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dan studi pustaka. Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) menjadi acuan yang digunakan untuk menentukan kategori komposisi berat badan. Pengukuran IMT juga berkaitan dengan status gizi yang mempengaruhi kesehatan seseorang. Pada anak-anak yang memiliki berat badan berlebihan, lengkung kaki cenderung datar (flatfoot) karena beban yang ditumpu tubuh lebih besar, sehingga dapat menyebabkan diantaranya nyeri, cedera, gangguan berjalan, dan ketidakseimbangan ketika berdiri lama. Studi ini menggambarkan penyusutan arsip rekam medis di rumah sakit vertikal Kementerian Kesehatan menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan no. 269 Tahun 2008 tentang Rekam Medis. Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. This paper examines the credibility of source persons for community service projects in improving financial literacy for vocational school students in Indonesia. Improving financial literacy among Indonesian youth is a long-term effort that requires multi- collaboration between the government, financial institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Despite its substandard position to Singapore, Myanmar, and Malaysia, Indonesia’s financial literacy proficiency has improved significantly—one of which—after being catalyzed by the government’s cooperation with higher education institutions through community service programs. This study aims to investigate the impacts of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in total and individual performance (“E”, “S”, and “G”) on firms’ intellectual capital (IC) efficiency. The Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) and Modified Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (MVAIC) were used to measure IC efficiency. Meanwhile, the annual ESG index data from the ASEAN-4 were used to measure ESG from 2015 to 2020. The results show “E”, “S”, and “G” and total ESG positively affect firms’ efficiency in managing IC. This study aims to examine whether foreign institutional ownership and management incentives can prevent tax avoidance practices in companies. The study was carried out on the manufacturing companies registered on IDX in the 2018-2020 period with 150 observations taken from 50 samples of companies. The sample selection used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that ownership of foreign institutions and management incentives negatively affect tax avoidance, which means that both factors can reduce tax avoidance. This paper aims to examine the effect of the fraud hexagon on fraudulent financial statements (FFS), and the audit committee (AC)'s role in moderating this relation. The research model uses logit regression with data on all non-financial companies in Indonesia ranging from 2016 to 2020, which were obtained from annual reports and Thomson Reuters. The sensitivity test uses a coefficient difference test based on the Overall Manipulation Index.
