يهدف يهدف الباحث من الدراسة الحالية هو معرفة الدور الذي تؤديه استراتيجية السينات الخمسة (S5) في جودة المنتج ضمن الشركة قيد البحث , وتوضيح علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث, ولأجل تحقيق هذا الغرض قام الباحث بتصميم مخطط افتراضي يوضح طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, حيث تم تطبيق الجانب الميداني للبحث في شركة مصافي الوسط ,اذ تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بصورة قصدية من اجل الحصول على افضل نتائج, اذ بلغ حجم العينة (196), وتم توزيع 196 استمارة استبانة استرجع منها 182 استمارة فقط وتم استبعاد 14 استمارة لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل لذلك تبقى 168 استمارة قابله …

يهدف البحث الى تحليل واقع الايرادات غير النفطية وسبل تعزيزها من اجل دعم الموازنة الاتحادية، فضلاً عن إمكانية تبني الدولة لسياسات اقتصادية لأنعاش القطاعات الاقتصادية (الصناعية، الزراعية، السياحية، الضرائب، المنافذ الحدودية … الخ)، ولتقدير العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة تم اعتماد منهجية الابطاء الذاتي الموزع ARDL، بإعتباره احد نماذج التنبؤ بالعلاقة الدالية بين الايرادات وأثرها على الموازنة الاتحادية وايضاً تقدير العلاقة بين عجز الموازنة والايرادات الاخرى باستخدام الدالة اللوغاريتمية، وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة من الاستنتاجات اهمها: عدم وجود تخطيط سليم وادارة فعالة للمرحلة ما بعد 2003، وفشل خطط التنمية الاقتصادية التي سعت الى تنويع منافذ الايرادات العامة، ووجود عجز دائم في …

يهدف هذا البحث بشكل رئيس إلى دراسة أثر مهارات المدقق الخارجي في جودة التدقيق. كما يهدف إلى الوقوف على تصنيف مهارات المدقق الخارجي العشر المدروسة من وجهة نظر المدققين عينة البحث. تكونت عينة البحث من (215) مدقق خارجي من فئتين هما فئة مدققي ديوان الرقابة المالية الاتحادي، وفئة مراقبي الحسابات والمدققين العاملين معهم في مكاتب التدقيق المجازة بممارسة المهنة، وذلك في (8) محافظات تمثل منطقة الفرات الأوسط والمنطقة الجنوبية من العراق وهي (الديوانية، المثنى، النجف، كربلاء، بابل، البصرة، ذي قار، ميسان). استخدم الباحثان أداة الاستبانة المُحكمة لغرض جمع البيانات المطلوبة للبحث، ومن ثم إدخال البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS …

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى بيان العلاقة بين اثر الناتج المحلي الاجمالي على السياسة النقدية التي تعكسها متغيرات السياسة النقدية المختلفة بما فيها داخلية عرض النقود , وحصر تأثير تقلبات عرض النقود كمتغير داخلي وانعكاساتها على مدى قدرة السياسة النقدية في تحقيق أهداف الاستقرار الاقتصادي والنقدي، وضمان استقرار النظام المالي وتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي. إن رأي المختصين في مجال النظرية النقدية يميزون بين اتجاهين فكريين في تفسير طبيعة التغير الحاصل في عرض النقود وهذا التمييز قد وسع من دائرة الجدل والنقاش بشأن مدى فاعلية السياسة النقدية في تحقيق أهدافها عندما يكون عرض النقود متغيراً خارجياً أو داخلياً عن طريق استهداف المجاميع النقدية.

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اختبار العلاقة بين التهكم التنظيمي وسلوك العمل المنحرف لمقدمي الخدمة المصرفية من خلال التأثير غير مباشر لفك الارتباط الأخلاقي, تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة في عينة من مقدمي الخدمة المصرفية لمصارف محافظة المثنى الحكومية والاهلية (الرافدين, العقاري, الزراعي, الرشيد, العراقي الإسلامي للاستثمار والتنمية, الخليج التجاري, الجنوب الإسلامي, بغداد, إيلاف الإسلامي), إذ بلغ عدد العينة (150) موظفاً, وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات, وقد افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ايجابية بين التهكم التنظيمي وفك الارتباط الأخلاقي, كما افترضت الدراسة بوجود علاقة ايجابية بين متغير فك الارتباط الأخلاقي وسلوك العمل المنحرف نحو الزبائن بشقيه الهدام والبناء, كما افترضت …

The positive trend of using telemedicine applications in Indonesia was significant in the earl of the COVID-19 pandemic, then gradually decreased. This study aims to determine the preferences of users of telemedicine applications and the desired features to be further developed satisfaction of users of telemedicine applications. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires about user preferences, including security, trust, convenience, and usefulness, through the google form application to 523 respondents, data analysis using descriptive approach. This study examines the role of knowledge about underlying causal relationships in classifying controls in order to mitigate omitted- and included-variable biases. Using simulations and accounting examples, the study shows that the researcher may not distinguish good and bad controls because the underlying causal relationships are unobservable, and remedying strategies (such as the relative timing of measurement) may not remove the uncertainty in the classification. Because of the uncertainty about which controls to use, two or more models will be credible as will the distinct estimates derived from them. The SEC’s Division of Enforcement is frequently criticized for its lack of oversight effectiveness, and certain vocal critics attribute this to a lack of financial experience within the SEC. Using hand-collected data on SEC regional directors, I find that the majority of these SEC officials lack financial experience. I then examine whether the financial experience of SEC regional directors impacts SEC investigations into reporting entities. Consistent with financial experience equipping directors to better process complex financial transactions and reports, I find that directors with financial experience open public company investigations 29 percent more often and conduct these investigations 34 percent …

This study reviews Human Resource Management (HRM) literature by adopting a hybrid research approach - bibliometric analaysis and content analysis - on 1802 documents from the Scopus database. Results from the bibliometric analysis shows HRM research presence in the areas of data sciences, information technology, and organizational behavior. A content analysis of 100 articles exploresd five different streams of HRM literature: (1) safety issues, (2) HRM technology, (3) business model and HRM, (4) information and knowledge management, and (5) HRM and teamwork.
