The hotel industry struggles with high employee turnover and labor shortages. Employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (EIDD) offers a solution, providing benefits such as improved loyalty, reduced turnover, and greater workplace diversity. Successful integration of EIDD requires addressing challenges like communication barriers, stigma, and the need for tailored support. Key to success are job coaches, who provide on-the-job training, support, and communication between EIDD and supervisors. They also educate coworkers to foster a more inclusive environment. Hotels should implement structured onboarding, provide reasonable accommodations, and offer socialization opportunities to ensure long-term success. Regular job coaching, performance feedback, and …

This research aims to examine how traceability affects consumer trust in halal products and traditional markets. A survey questionnaire was developed and a Total of 300 completed responses were collected using cross-sectional quantitative research methodology through structured questionnaires, with the help of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to verify if technology bringing convenience into our lives has impact on healthcare delivery service providing organizations. The findings reveal that product, process, genetic, and input traceability has a moderate to high effect on trust of the consumer behavior towards purchasing halal products. Female leadership in the fashion and apparel industry has increased recently; however, females remain underrepresented in C-suite and executive positions (Cassell et al., 2022; Field et al., 2023; Lindahl, 2024). Nonetheless, this significant industry employs numerous female workers within the different organizational structures in the United States (U.S.) (Kumar et al., 2019; Tagra, 2021; U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2024). Females encounter significant biases and barriers, such as unequitable promotional ventures and exclusion from networking opportunities. They are confronted with perceptions that undermine their effectiveness, hindering their ability to attain key roles.
