Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 25 respondents who met the criteria, namely having a habit of purchasing food priced between IDR 25,000 and IDR 35,000, ordering food online at least twice a week, having a preference for ayam geprek, and havingtried the Ayam Geprek Rempah product. Although prior research has explored social media’s impact on team creativity and knowledge management, its influence on individual creative performance remains understudied. Drawing on Transactive Memory Systems (TMS) theory, this research investigates how social media deep structure use affects individual creative performance through TMS dimensions: specialization, credibility, and coordination. We surveyed 362 U.S. active social media users, focusing on Facebook usage, and tested the hypothesized relationships using structural equation modeling. Findings reveal that social media deep structure use significantly influences TMS dimensions, which enhance creative performance through individual creative efficacy. This study provides a comprehensive assessment and synthesis of the literature on short-selling. It performs a lexicometric analysis, providing a quantitative review of 1093 peer-reviewed journal articles to identify and illustrate the main themes in short-selling research. Almost half the published literature on short-selling is thematically clustered around portfolio management techniques. Other key themes involve short-selling as it relates to risk management, strategic management, and market irregularities. Descending hierarchical classification examines the overall structure of the textual corpus of the short-selling literature and the relationships between its key terms. However, traditional socialization theory and practice were built on assumptions that are increasingly misaligned with today's work context. This study aims to analyze the effect of underwriter’s reputation and firm age on IPO pricing decision among companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021 to 2024. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. This qualitative multiple case study explored the underutilization of social media marketing among small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs and its impact on customer engagement and business productivity. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Diffusion of Innovations (DOI) theory, the study examined how SME owners perceive, adopt, and apply social media platforms in their marketing efforts. Data were collected from 38 participants through semi-structured interviews and surveys and analyzed using NVivo 15 software. Thematic analysis revealed five emergent themes: Digital Hesitancy, Strategic Gaps, Customer Engagement Variability, Resource Constraints, and Peer Influence. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, banks boosted loan restructuring efforts to offer borrowers assistance and preserve credit quality. This study employs dynamic and static panel data from Indonesian commercial banks to include restructured loans as a metric for assessing market discipline prior to and during the pandemic. Depositors shown discipline about banks’ credit risk during the COVID-19 period and exhibited heightened sensitivity to restructured loans. Subsequent analysis indicates that the association between deposit growth and restructured loans was more pronounced in government, small, and publicly listed banks during the outbreak

This dissertation investigates how healthcare software startups manage the risks associated with open-source software (OSS) use. Using a qualitative multi-site case study approach and thematic analysis, the study draws insights from interviews with developers, security professionals, and technology leaders in early-stage healthtech companies. Six key themes emerged: Strategic Governance and Oversight, Security and Compliance Practices, Operational Foundations and Standards, Risk Awareness and Technical Due Diligence, Technology Choices and Ecosystem Tools, and People and Culture. The findings reveal that, even in resource-constrained environments, effective OSS risk management is possible through lightweight governance, automation, and shared cultural responsibility. Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of the Whistleblowing System (WBS) in fraud prevention at the Government Inspectorate of Garut Regency, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis with NVivo, the research identifies key factors influencing WBS success, including structural, operational, and human resource aspects. Findings indicate that WBS significantly enhances transparency and accountability through accessible reporting mechanisms, whistleblower protection, and investigative follow-up. This collaborative class zine assignment uses a shared PowerPoint format to deepen student learning while building community. Students contribute visual reflections (graphics, diagrams, quotes, or doodles) weekly or periodically throughout the semester. Faculty provide reflection prompts about key takeaways and unclear concepts (sample prompts included). The resource includes both sample LMS instructions and a ready-to-use PowerPoint zine template that works across all disciplines. By combining metacognitive reflection with creative expression, students consolidate learning by finding new connections and applications. The collaborative format creates community connections and joy while students learn from peers' diverse perspectives.

This research aims to analyse the impact of the week-four effect and the January effect on stock returns, focusing on companies listed in the Kompas 100 and Investor33 indices, with respective sample sizes of 150 and 125, spanning the period from 2018 to 2022. Hypothesis testing was performed using panel data regression analysis, revealing that neither the week-four effect nor the January effect significantly influences stock returns within the Kompas 100 index. The NBA is known for being the premier basketball league. However, are the allegedly best minds in the sport choosing salaries in a way that contributes to success? Our research extrapolates trends between team equity and win rates. We use Gini coefficients to establish team equities across the league between the 2011-2012 and 2024-2025 seasons. Our research establishes a relationship between team equity and win rates. This suggests that more equitable teams, in relation to held constant variables like All-NBA selections, may be more successful compared to other teams.
