This research examines the mechanisms that can be used to reduce unethical behaviors, as well as their influence on employee attitudes (e.g., trust, justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment). Using an experimental design, participants were exposed to varying levels of accountability, monitoring, and policy to examine their interaction effects on unethical behaviors and attitudes. Two significant interactions emerged when looking at the mechanism's influence on attitudes. Policy clarity had a significant main effect on employee justice perceptions, with vague policies reducing perceptions of justice. The interaction between clear policy and accountability significantly impacted justice perceptions, highlighting the value of accountability …

Library marketing activities should always be informed with user data. When conducting market research, you don't need a large sample to see the "big" picture. Developing scalable micro assessments such as mini surveys, usability studies, interviews, and focus groups with only a few questions can add value to your library's marketing and outreach efforts. With quantitative research, you are expected to have a large sample. However, that is not the case when conducting market research. In this presentation, micro assessments will be shown to be more effective, easier to manage, and garners more responses than more lengthier surveys.

This research introduces a new method for event studies in time-series analysis named the Markov regime-switching event response model (MS-ERM). The MS-ERM is a comprehensive approach that integrates two different event study approaches: 1) measuring the impact of an event through structural shift and 2) measuring the impact via additional distributional components. As an empirical application, the study measures the impact of beef-packing plant closures on the weekly live-to-cutout beef price spread. Research Aims: This study examines the effects of organisational culture, employee motivation, performance appraisal, and the work environment as a moderator on job satisfaction in Bali's hotel industry, addressing gaps in HRM literature.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Data were collected via structured questionnaires from 305 hotel employees in Bali. SmartPLS software analysis included model evaluation, validity testing, and path coefficient and moderator analyses.

Research Findings: Organisational culture, employee motivation, and performance appraisal significantly influence job satisfaction. The work environment moderates these relationships, enhancing the positive effects of HRM practices.

The truth of disclosures by public companies is policed by both private plaintiffs and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The courts and many commentators have viewed the SEC as a more responsible enforcer than private litigants. Entrepreneurial enforcers with a profit motive have an incentive to advance questionable legal theories to expand the reach of Rule 10b-5, the primary federal prohibition of securities fraud. This paper studies the factors moving the Eurobond prices and credit ratings issued by emerging markets. By observing a set of variables, including economic freedom, contagion effects and strategic international relations, the study was able to provide a thorough analysis of their impact on Eurobond performance. This study investigates the impact of Egyptian boycott campaigns following the Gaza war in 2023 on consumption behavior. It uses the lens of the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) to examine how the intention to consume (or not to consume) originating from attitudes, social norms, and perceived behavioural control leads to intentions that are reflected in different consumption behaviours.
