The objective of this research study is to evaluate land use alternatives for Disney-controlled property in the Disneyland area. The three specific objectives of the research include: 1) An analysis of the general characteristics and future land use plans which affect possible land uses in Disneyland; 2) An analysis of present development in the Disneyland area; 3) A detailed analysis of those land uses which, after preliminary review, appear to be most favorable for Disney controlled property.
