While the previous research has examined antecedents of supervisors’ voice endorsement, it has generally overlooked its effects on voicers’ affective and behavioral reactions, probably because of the underlying assumption that supervisors’ voice endorsement is inherently beneficial and likely to encourage more proactive behaviors in the future. In this research, we offer a theoretical model of the double-edged effects of supervisors’ voice endorsement on voicers’ subsequent personal initiative. Purpose: The study aims to investigate the impact of anxiety and depression (dimensions of mental health) on mineworkers' safety behaviors (safety compliance and safety participation) while examining the moderating role of safety climate on these relationships. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative research approach with an explanatory cross-sectional survey research design was adopted. A total of 274 purposively selected mineworkers participated in the study. Responses were obtained from participants through a structured questionnaire which was analyzed using the partial least square structural equation modeling. This study aims to find the impact of organizational learning on job performance among preparatory school teachers through the mediator role of job satisfaction. A survey was conducted at six preparatory schools in Heet City, Iraq. The study employed stratified random sampling to ensure a fair representation of samples from all six schools, and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The results from 183 valid questionnaires were analyzed using Smart-PLS, indicating that organizational learning positively and significantly impacted a teacher’s performance. This study reveals the long-term effects of several variables on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) in Islamic banks (IBs) and conventional banks (CBs) in Malaysia. Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) technique, the study supports a proactive approach and finds a persistent association between NPLs and asset quality, loan quality, unemployment rate, and inflation rate. Academics and equity analysts often utilize fundamental financial ratios to evaluate an industry's financial and operational performance. However, sophisticated econometric methods could be improved for estimating these ratios' importance in predicting sector-level stock return performance. To address this gap, gradient-boosted decision tree methods were applied to the WRDS sector-level financial ratio database to identify if financial ratios effectively forecast sector-level stock returns in future periods. The findings show that these ratios are predictive and economically material, both stand alone and in combination with other macroeconomic factors. Federal student loan borrowers are encouraged to work in public service to take advantage of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF), an income-driven repayment program established by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) of 2007. Purpose: The aim of the article is to assess the impact of implementing post-audit recommendations on the effectiveness of the anti-money laundering and terrorism financing system in the context of the inevitability of sanctioning violations of obligations under the AML Act.

Design/Methodology/Approach: reports on the activities of the General Inspector of Financial Information, typological newsletters, and reports on the activities of the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority were used to conduct the study.
