Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses had to switch their strategy to stay afloat in such unprecedented times. One way that businesses, as well as entire industries, pivoted was by using flexible work arrangements to alleviate the stress and potential danger of employees gathering at work. The addition of flexible working arrangements into industries has created an entirely different world of work that challenges the traditional form of working in a face-to-face format. As the world continually moves towards globalization and a diverse work environment, the need for employed female expatriates has never been greater. The purpose of this study is to develop a better understanding of the factors affecting the successful adjustment of these women. This was done by analyzing data provided by the InterNations database in relation to three things: cross-cultural adjustment, job satisfaction, and the experience of the trailing spouse.

Social media is rapidly transforming the way individuals interact in the real world day by day in the workforce. This research focuses on how social media effects human resource management (HRM) in areas of recruitment, selection, retention, and termination. Through a SurveyMonkey information was gathered from human resource professionals primarily in the southeastern region and throughout the United States.
