การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ ศึกษาผลของฤดูกาลในการขายต่อปริมาณจำหน่ายเครื่องปรับอากาศ และศึกษา และประเมินวิธีพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสมในการพยากรณ์ความต้องการสินค้าเครื่องปรับอากาศภายใต้ผลของฤดูกาล โดยข้อมูลที่นำมาศึกษา คือ ปริมาณยอดขายสินค้าที่ร้านค้าขายให้กับผู้บริโภค (Sell-out) เนื่องจากผู้วิจัยต้องการศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคที่เกิดขึ้นจริงของเครื่องปรับอากาศใน 5 รายการสินค้า ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2014 จนถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2018 โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ชุดข้อมูล คือ ชุดข้อมูลที่ 1 ปริมาณยอดขายสินค้าย้อนหลังตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2014 จนถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2017 ชุดข้อมูลที่ 2 ปริมาณยอดขายสินค้าย้อนหลังตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคมจนถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2018 เพื่อใช้ในการเลือกเทคนิคการพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแต่ละรายการ โดยเปรียบเทียบการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบแนวโน้มฤดูกาลแบบบวก และรูปแบบแนวโน้มฤดูกาลแบบคูณ

Customer product reviews are an integral component for companies conducting e-commerce, enabling them to stay connected and engaged with their consumers. However, more important these reviews are being utilized and incorporated into the marketing plans of companies. Companies can use a mixture of verified and unverified purchase badges in their displayed product reviews. This study finds that as customers are provided with this additional information to help form impressions about the products they are reviewing, customers' need for cognition ultimately determines how they utilize the presence or absence of these badges.

This paper presents the results of a nationwide survey of the American public’s general familiarity with, and perceptions of, multi-level marketing, direct selling, and social selling. Survey respondents were most familiar with direct selling; there was no substantive difference in familiarity with multi-level marketing and social selling. Respondents familiar with the three terms possessed perceptions of them that were significantly more positive than were the perceptions of respondents reporting not being familiar with the terms. งานวิจัยนี้ถูกสร้างขึ้น เพื่อเป็นโครงการวิจัย ทำการศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความนิยมอาหารของผู้โดยสารชาวไทยที่เดินทางบนเที่ยวบินในเส้นทางระหว่างประเทศไทยและประเทศญี่ปุ่น เนื่องจากเป็นเส้นทางที่ได้รับความนิยมในการเดินทางเป็นอย่างมาก รวมถึงปัญหาการไม่ได้รับอาหารตามที่ผู้โดยสารต้องการ ซึ่งส่งผลทั้งการสร้างความไม่พึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้โดยสสารและหากผู้โดยสารไม่รับประทานอาหารที่มีให้บริการ ย่อมสร้างขยะและของเสียจากอาหารขึ้นโดยไม่จำเป็นการศึกษานี้จึงมีเป้าประสงค์ในการสร้างความพึงพอใจและลดของเสียดังกล่าวไปพร้อมกัน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยเดินทางในเส้นทางบินนี้มาแล้ว ปัจจัยที่นำมาศึกษาเป็นปัจจัยทางประชากรศาสตร์ ที่ผู้โดยสารมักต้องให้แก่สายการบินในขั้นตอนการจองตั๋วโดยสาร ทั้งข้อมูลเพศ อายุ รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อาจมีผลต่อการพิจารณา เช่น ข้อมูลช่วงรายได้ อาชีพของผู้เดินทางและเป้าหมายการเดินทาง ผู้วิจัยเริ่มจากการออกแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การยอมรับอาหารแต่ละประเภทและทัศนคติต่อการบริการอาหารบนเที่ยวบิน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยโลจิสติกส์ทวิ ตามอาหารแต่ละประเภทและการเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการ พบว่า ผู้โดยสารส่วนมากมีความชื่นชอบต่ออาหารประเภทปลาและกุ้งเป็นอย่างมากส่วนเนื้อวัว เนื้อหมูและเนื้อไก่ การยอมรับจะลดลงตามลำดับ ในด้านการเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการความคิดเห็นเรื่องการให้ความสำคัญกับอาหาร เป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลให้ผู้โดยสารเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการ แต่ในทางกลับกัน การไม่ได้รับอาหารตามที่ตนต้องการกลับไม่ส่งผลต่อการกลับมาใช้บริการ

โครงงานพิเศษฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิต่อการยอมรับการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้นำเข้าส่งออกและตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศเนื่องจากปัจจุบันอุตสาหกรรมทางด้านขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลหรือสาสยเรือนั้นมีการแข่งขันกันสูงมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะทางด้านบริการ ในแง่ของการบริการทางสายเรือ จึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาระบบให้การทำงาน มีความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ ถูกต้องแม่นยำ ข้อมูลเข้าถึงได้ง่าย และผู้ใช้บริการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ของการใช้งาน โดยบริษัทกรณีศึกษาเป็นสายการเดินเรือรายใหญ่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้นำเข้าส่งออกและตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ จำนวน 350 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับการใช้งาน Online Platform กรณีศึกษา บริษัสายเรือ XYZ จำนวน 4 ด้าน และความตั้งใจที่จะใช้งาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม และ ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ซึ่งพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้ Online Platform อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีจำนวน 3 ปัจจัย คือ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม และ ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน

Accelerating the reconstruction of housing stock becomes crucial in minimizing the time that residents are displaced. In addition to stresses induced by the Covid-19 pandemic, supply chains worldwide have been growing more complex while facing a continuous onslaught of disruptions. This paper presents an analysis and extension of a graph based model for modeling and simulating the effects of such disruptions. The graph based model combines a Bayesian network approach for simulating risks with a network dependency analysis approach for simulating the propagation of disruptions through the network over time. การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงสาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางทะเลที่เกิดจากเรือนำเที่ยวทางทะเลของจังหวัดภูเก็ต และจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางทะเลที่เกิดจากเรือนำเที่ยวทางทะเลของจังหวัดภูเก็ต ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) โดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 รอบ ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานหรือประกอบอาชีพ และเจ้าของกิจการธุรกิจ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและต่างชาติ และนักวิชาการ รวม 31 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รายละเอียดสาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางทะเลที่เกิดจากเรือนำเที่ยวทางทะเล ที่พบมากที่สุด ประกอบด้วย 2 สาเหตุหลัก ได้แก่ สภาพอากาศเลวร้าย เปลี่ยนแปลงฉับพลัน ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.64 ± 0.63 (mean ± SD) ฐานนิยม (mode) เท่ากับ 4.00 และการเดินเรือด้วยความเร็วสูง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.57 ± 0.635 (mean ± SD) ฐานนิยม (mode) เท่ากับ 4.00 ข้อเสนอแนะในการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุที่เกิดจากเรือนำเที่ยวทางทะเล ได้แก่ ควรมีป้ายแสดงข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน เกี่ยวกับข้อปฏิบัติ และข้อห้ามต่างๆที่ท่าเรือแก่นักท่องเที่ยว และควรมีข้อบังคับสำหรับผู้นำเที่ยวในการให้ข้อมูลกับนักท่องเที่ยวตามรายละเอียดบนป้ายดังกล่าวก่อนออกเดินทาง และควรมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเจ้าหน้าที่จากภาครัฐประจำแต่ละท่าเรือ เพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมเรือ ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน นักท่องเที่ยว ก่อนออกเดินทาง

The Covid-19 pandemic caused major disruptions throughout the container shipping supply chain. Professor Dongping Song of Liverpool University wrote a paper discussing the logistical vulnerabilities in the supply chain, including the issue of congestion in ports. This paper examines the Port of Los Angeles from 2018-2021 as it relates to Song’s paper to see how its operations were impacted during the Covid-19 timeframe. It is found that labor shortages, chassis shortages, and change in trade behavior each contributed to the congestion. Unfortunately, the implemented policies were insufficient to bolster the port against sustained challenges and congestion continues to worsen.

การศึกษาและค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการศึกษาการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของแผนกขนส่งสินค้าขาเข้า ของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา XYZ ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทตัวแทนนำเข้า และส่งออกสินค้า (Freight Forward Company) หนึ่งในกิจกรรมสำคัญ คือการอัปเดตสถานะสินค้าว่าสินค้านั้น ๆ ดำเนินการขนส่งอยู่ที่ไหนแล้วบ้าง เพื่ออัปเดตให้แก่ลูกค้าของบริษัทได้สามารถรับทราบเพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนการผลิต การตลาด หรือประโยชน์อื่น ๆ และยังเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมที่ใช้วัดผลประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแผนกอีกด้วย ซึ่งคะแนนประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานนั้นยังส่งผลต่อการปรับคิดเงินเดือนประจำปี ตลอดจนโบนัสของพนักงานประจำบริษัทอีกด้วย ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาหาสาเหตุที่ทำให้กระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทกรณีศึกษามีปัญหา ตลอดจนนำแนวคิด ทฤษฏี และเครื่องมือ ไม่ว่าเป็นแนวคิดลีน ไคเซ็น แผนผังสายธารแห่งคุณค่า (Value Stream Mapping : VSM) และแนวคิด ECRS เข้ามาช่วยในการดำเนินหาทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่บริษัทกรณีศึกษากำลังเผชิญ ตลอดจนการประชุมหารือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อหาแนวทางการทำงานใหม่ เพื่อให้ทุกคนทราบถึงปัญหาที่แท้จริง และช่วยกันหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการแก้ไขปัญหาซึ่งหลังจากปรับปรุงกระบวนการนั้น พบว่าทั้ง 2 กิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือน ที่ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษานั้น มีระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการทำงานลดลง และสามารถขจัดกระบวนการที่ไม่มีคุณค่าออกจากกระบวนการทำงานได้ โดยกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 1 มีระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยลดลงจาก 240:09 นาทีลดลงอยู่ที่ 118.36 นาที ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการทำงานลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.61 และกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 3 นั้นลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.33 จะระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยรวมในการทำงานที่ 12,536:58 นาที ลดลงอยู่ที่ 1,462:57 นาที และในการวัดผลประเมินประจำเดือนธันวาคม 2565 พบได้ว่าสัดส่วนคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น โดยกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 1 สัดส่วนคะแนนในเดือนธันวาคม 2565 อยู่ที่ 86.09% และกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 3 อยู่ที่ 90.54%

งานศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์สำหรับการนำเข้า มอลต์ ระหว่างการใช้เรือสินค้าเทกองกับเรือตู้สินค้า โดยทำการศึกษาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งมอลต์จากประเทศออสเตรเลียจนถึงโรงงานที่ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัด พระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วยวิธีเรือสินค้าเทกอง โดยปัจจุบันใช้รูปแบบการขนส่งด้วยวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า ผู้วิจัย จะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ เพื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบกับเส้นทางการขนส่งที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยจะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ใน 8 รูปแบบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลา ในการขนส่งมอลต์เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และระยะเวลารวมของการ ขนส่งมอลต์ในปัจจุบัน โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ประกอบการการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่าง ประเทศและภายในประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยในการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ 4 ด้านคือ 1. ต้นทุนการขนส่ง (Transportation Cost) 2. ต้นทุนการขนถ่ายสินค้า (Handling Costs) 3. ต้นทุนคลังสินค้า (Warehousing Costs) 4. ต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ (Other Cost) ผลการศึกษา พบว่าสินค้าทางการเกษตรจำพวกสินค้ามอลต์ รูปแบบการขนส่งวิธีเรือสินค้า เทกองมีต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ต่ำกว่าการขนส่งวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า แต่อย่างไรก็ตามควรพิจารณาถึงปัจจัย อื่นร่วมด้วย อาทิเช่น ระดับน้ำหรือช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการขนส่งด้วยเรือเทกองในแต่ละ ช่วงเวลาของปี

มูลค่าการส่งออกพลาสติกของประเทศไทยเติบโตขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องตามการเพิ่มขึ้นของประชากรและเศรษฐกิจโลก การศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นที่จะศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยและการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการส่งเสริมการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยต่อไปในอนาคต การศึกษานี้เป็นการสร้างแบบจำลองแรงโน้มถ่วงเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนของการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศต่างๆ โดยมีการเสนอแบบจำลองทางเลือกเพื่อทำการประเมินว่าตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ ได้แก่ ระยะห่าง เวลาที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง และต้นทุนที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง ตัวแปรใดเป็นตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดของตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ ในการประมาณค่าแบบจำลองจะทำการศึกษาด้วยวิธี Pooled Regression Model, Fixed Effect Model และ Random Effect เพื่อหาแบบจำลองที่เหมาะสมที่สุด โดยใช้ข้อมูลแบบอนุกรมเวลา (รายปี) ของมูลค่าการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทย ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2547-2561 จากการศึกษาพบว่าตัวแปรระยะทางเป็นตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่เหมาะสมกับแบบจำลองมากที่สุด โดยมีปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ขนาดเศรษฐกิจของประเทศคู่ค้า การใช้ภาษากลาง และการใช้พรมแดนร่วมกัน

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและทำการศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว และปัญหาขยะของกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมไปถึงปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการรณรงค์ส่งเสริม ที่แตกต่างกันจะให้ผลทางด้านพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไป (5 ข้อ) ที่แตกต่างกันหรือไม่ โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยกลุ่มประชาที่ทำการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่ทั้งเคย และไม่เคยทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยได้อย่างถูกต้องถูกวิธีมาก่อน ซึ่งทำการสำรวจผ่านแบบสอบถาม Google form และได้รับข้อมูลต่อกลับทั้งสิ้น 400 ชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านประชากรณ์ศาสตร์ การที่มี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน, จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน, สภาพที่อยู่อาศัย, ประวัติการติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ของตนเอง และจำนวนวัคซีนตนได้รับที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในส่วนของ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว และปัญหาขยะของกรุงเทพมหานคร ทุกๆ ปัจจัยมีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกัน แต่ะจะมีบางข้อความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาบางข้อเท่านั้นที่สามารถทำให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกัน ได้ทั้ง 5 ข้อ ในขณะที่ ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการรณรงค์ส่งเสริม พบว่า การส่งเสริมด้วยการให้ภาครัฐแจกถุงพลาสติก หรือให้ร้านค้าแจกถุงพลาสติก ที่สามารถใช้ในการคัดแยกขยะติดเชื้ออย่าง “หน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว” มีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไป ไม่แตกต่างกัน
