This study investigates the phenomenon of quiet quitting and turnover intention among working Generation Z students in the U.S. and Taiwan. Using the cross-sectional study design, data were collected from over 500 participants from the U.S. and 69 from Taiwan. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and multiple regression to examine the predictive power of key workplace factors— emotional exhaustion, supervisory support, incentives, job satisfaction, and workplace environment—on both employee disengagement and turnover intention.

Despite interest in opportunities that Industry 4.0 offers for Supply Chain Resilience (SCR), little is known about the underlying mechanisms for such contributions. The study develops a roadmap that explains how supply chains can capitalize on Industry 4.0 SCR functions. The study conducted a content-centric literature review and identified 16 functions through which Industry 4.0 enhances SCR. Results reveal that the Industry 4.0 SCR functions identified are highly interrelated, and supply chain members should align their digitalization strategies with the sequence in which Industry 4.0 delivers these functions. This study introduces the Multi-Objective Sustainable Vehicle Routing Problem (MOSVRP) with time windows, designed for congested urban networks. The model simultaneously addresses economic, environmental, and social sustainability by minimizing costs and emissions while maximizing customer satisfaction through enhanced service at pickup nodes. To manage the complexity of large-scale urban routing, we propose a novel Voronoi diagram-based network shrinking procedure that significantly reduces computational effort. Blockchain technology (BT) has the potential to enhance security and robustness of transactions through a distributed ledger bookkeeping process. This study employs technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and threat-rigidity theory (TRT) to examine whether perceived disruption caused by COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted the adoption of BT, and inclination to adopt BT in the US. The COVID-19 pandemic provided a unique backdrop, as it affected businesses across all industries, sizes, and geographies. Yet, empirical findings remain inconsistent, particularly in emerging economies where organizational readiness varies. This study examines (1) the influence of market orientation, dynamic capabilities, and managerial commitment on sustainable supply chain practices, and (2) whether these practices contribute to economic, social, and environmental performance. การขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจโลก โดยคิดเป็นสัดส่วนร้อยละ 80 ของการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ เนื่องจากมีต้นทุนต่ำและสามารถรองรับสินค้าปริมาณมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม อุตสาหกรรมนี้กำลังเผชิญความท้าทายจากมาตรการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่องค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ (IMO) กำหนดใช้ตั้งแต่ปี 2023 เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายการปล่อยคาร์บอนสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ภายในปี 2050 มาตรการดังกล่าวส่งผลต่อสายการเดินเรือทั่วโลก รวมถึงประเทศไทย ทั้งในด้านต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน การลงทุนในเทคโนโลยี และการปรับเปลี่ยนเชื้อเพลิงทางเลือกที่มีราคาสูงกว่าเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิลหลายเท่างานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานของสายการเดินเรือในประเทศไทยจากข้อกำหนดลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (2) วิเคราะห์แนวทางการปรับตัวเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล และ (3) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมในช่วงการเปลี่ยนผ่าน ขอบเขตการศึกษาเน้นบริษัทเดินเรือระหว่างประเทศที่มีฐานปฏิบัติการในประเทศไทย จำนวน 5 บริษัท และบริษัทตรวจสอบมาตรฐานอีก 2 บริษัท โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องผลการศึกษาคาดว่าจะช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการเดินเรือสามารถปรับกลยุทธ์เพื่อลดผลกระทบจากมาตรการใหม่ สนับสนุนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน และเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการกำหนดนโยบายภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกในอุตสาหกรรมขนส่งทางทะเลของไทย

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและความรู้ความเข้าใจของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในการจัดการทรัพยากรบริเวณพื้นที่อำเภอเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด ตามหลักแนวปฏิบัติของ VGSSF (Voluntary Guidelines for Securing Sustainable Small-Scale Fisheries) รวมทั้งหาแนวทางในการยกระดับการมีส่วนร่วม โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างชาวประมงพื้นบ้านที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลเกาะช้างใต้ อำเภอเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 130 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยใช้ T-test, F-test และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติของข้อมูลโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลัก VGSSF อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในยู่ในระดับน้อย ทำให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจทั้งสองด้านนี้ประเมินภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในการจัดการทรัพยากรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามและประเมินผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือด้านการวางแผนจัดการทรัพยากรและด้านการตัดสินใจ ส่วนด้านการปฏิบัติการและด้านการรับผลประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับน้อย ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมแตกต่างกัน และความรู้ความเข้าใจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าชาวประมงส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อความมั่นคงในอาชีพ

ความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายของผู้บริโภคต่อการเลือกบริการเสริมของสายการบินราคาประหยัดในเส้นทางบินระหว่างประเทศ, ยุพาวินี ฤทธิ์ไธสง

เนื่องจากอุตสาหกรรมการบินมีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะสายการบินราคาประหยัดหรือสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำ (Low-cost carrier: LCC) ที่เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการให้บริการขนส่งทางอากาศทั้งเส้นทางบินในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อบริการเสริมของสายการบินราคาประหยัด ประกอบด้วย บริการระบบสาระบันเทิงบนเครื่องบิน บริการห้องรับรองและบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบนเครื่องบิน โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการแจกแบบสอบถามโดยตรงและแบบออนไลน์ผ่านกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ให้กับผู้โดยสารที่เคยหรือมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการจำนวน 100 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วมหรือวิธีแบบจำลองทางเลือก (Conjoint Analysis: CA) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้การออกแบบชุดทางเลือกเพื่อสร้างการทดลองทางเลือกด้วยวิธี Orthogonal ทางเลือกของรูปแบบการให้บริการจะนำเสนอด้วยชุดคุณลักษณะการบริการรวมถึงอัตราค่าโดยสาร ซึ่งแต่ละสถานการณ์ทางเลือกสมมติขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นตัวเลือกระหว่างแนวทางการให้บริการพื้นฐานและแนวทางเลือกที่มีการเพิ่มระดับการให้บริการ โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแต่ละรายจะได้รับชุดสถานการณ์ทางเลือกทั้งหมด 7 ชุดสถานการณ์ เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเลือกแนวทางที่พึงพอใจที่สุดจากสถานการณ์นั้น ๆ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ผู้โดยสารมีความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมต่อบริการของระบบสาระบันเทิงบนเครื่องบินเป็นมูลค่า 597 บาทต่อเที่ยวและเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเป็นมูลค่า 735 บาทต่อเที่ยว สำหรับบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบนเครื่องบิน ในขณะที่การศึกษาไม่พบนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในความเต็มใจจ่ายในบริการห้องรับรอง ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดราคา เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้จากบริการเสริม

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพ ความพร้อม และความสนใจของผู้ประกอบการอู่ต่อเรือและซ่อมเรือ รวมถึงสำรวจความต้องการ ปัญหา และข้อกังวลของเจ้าของเรือต่อการจัดตั้งอุตสาหกรรมการยุบเรือสินค้าภายในประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน แบบสอบถามได้ถูกออกแบบเพื่อประเมินประเด็นสำคัญหลายประเด็น ได้แก่ ศักยภาพและความพร้อมทางกายภาพและทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของผู้ประกอบการ ผลกระทบของกฎหมายและต้นทุนต่อการลงทุน ความตระหนักและการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานสากล และความต้องการ ปัญหา และสิ่งจูงใจของเจ้าของเรือในการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการยุบเรือในประเทศไทย ผลการประเมินจะถูกนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการกำหนดนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจนแก่ภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนของไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมให้อุตสาหกรรมการยุบเรือในประเทศไทยสามารถเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน โดยคำนึงถึงความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงกระบวนการในการพิจารณาทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมที่สุด (Best Practical Environmental Option; BPEO) ในการรื้อถอนและใช้ประโยชน์ขาแท่นผลิตปิโตรเลียมในอ่าวไทยที่สิ้นสุดการใช้งานและการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมกระบวนการ BPEO ให้ครอบคลุมปัจจัยด้านมูลค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์โดยรวม (Total Economic Value: TEV) และผลประโยชน์ชาติทางทะเล การศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงการตัดสินใจแบบหลายเกณฑ์ (Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis: MCDA) โดยใช้กระบวนการ AHP เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ และได้นำแนวคิด TEV มาใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการกำหนดปัจจัยการพิจารณาในเชิงคุณค่าและบทบาทของขาแท่น โดยไม่มุ่งเน้นการประเมินมูลค่าออกมาเป็นตัวเงิน งานวิจัยมุ่งศึกษาเฉพาะโครงสร้างขาแท่นส่วนใต้น้ำ ซึ่งได้พัฒนาเป็นระบบนิเวศใหม่ (novel ecosystems) ที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ การวิจัยดำเนินการทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 92 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ให้คำปรึกษาในการรื้อถอนโดยตรง และกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและประชาชนที่ให้ความสนใจ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียให้ความสำคัญต่อบทบาททางนิเวศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่งผลให้ทางเลือก “การคงขาแท่นไว้เป็นปะการังเทียม ณ ที่เดิม” ได้รับการจัดอันดับความเหมาะสมสูงสุด สะท้อนให้เห็นการให้ความสำคัญกับคุณค่าทางนิเวศและผลประโยชน์ระยะยาวของขาแท่นในบริบทของทรัพยากรทางทะเลและการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน ซึ่งแตกต่างจากแนวปฏิบัติของกระบวนการ BPEO ในปัจจุบัน ที่โดยทั่วไปยังคงมุ่งเน้นการรื้อถอนโครงสร้างทั้งหมดขึ้นฝั่ง นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าความคิดเห็นจำนวนมากสะท้อนข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับความไม่ชัดเจนของกรอบกฎหมาย บทบาทและความรับผิดชอบในระยะยาว รวมถึงการขาดกลไกกำกับดูแลที่เป็นระบบ ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคสำคัญต่อการพิจารณาทางเลือกที่หลากหลาย งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ได้แก่ การเสนอให้นำ AHP มาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพการตัดสินใจ ในกระบวนการ BPEO และบูรณาการปัจจัยด้าน TEV ในการพิจารณา BPEO เพื่อให้มีครอบคลุมปัจจัยครบทุกมิติโดยเฉพาะบทบาทเชิงนิเวศของขาแท่น รวมทั้งปรับปรุงกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้รองรับการใช้ประโยชน์ ขาแท่นในทะเลในระยะยาว ส่งเสริมการวิจัยเพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และบูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนเพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการขาแท่นผลิตปิโตรเลียมที่สิ้นสุดการใช้งานอย่างยั่งยืน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษานโยบาย แนวทางยุทธศาสตร์ การบูรณาการ บทบาทและโครงสร้างองค์การ ของศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามกระทำอันเป็นโจรสลัดและการปล้นเรือโดยใช้อาวุธ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อขัดข้องในการดำเนินการด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามโจรสลัดฯ ภายใต้บทบาทของ ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการของศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) ด้านการกระทำอันเป็นโจรสลัดและการปล้นเรือโดยใช้อาวุธ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Documentary Research) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในระดับนโยบายและระดับปฏิบัติ รวมถึงผู้แทนจากองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศรชล. เป็นกลไกหลักในการบูรณาการหน่วยงานความมั่นคงทางทะเลตาม พระราชบัญญัติการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล พ.ศ.2562 มีอำนาจสั่งการทั้งภาวะปกติและฉุกเฉิน แต่ยังเผชิญปัญหาโครงสร้างซ้ำซ้อน ขาดบุคลากรเฉพาะทาง และระบบข้อมูลไม่เป็นเอกภาพ จึงเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา 2 ระดับ ได้แก่ 1) ระดับนโยบาย มุ่งเน้นจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์ปราบปรามโจรสลัด ปรับปรุงกฎหมายและโครงสร้าง พัฒนาระบบ MDA ด้วย Big Data และ ความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค 2) ระดับปฏิบัติ เน้นพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ใช้การจัดการความรู้ (KM) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแบบเรียลไทม์ และการฝึกซ้อมร่วมต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันและปราบปรามโจรสลัดอย่างยั่งยืน

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ผลกระทบ และแนวทางการปรับตัวของผู้นำเข้าสินค้าทางทะเลที่ใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ (Reefer Container) ในเส้นทางการนำเข้าจากสหภาพยุโรปมาประเทศไทย ภายใต้วิกฤตการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่ทะเลแดง ซึ่งเกิดจากการโจมตีเรือพาณิชย์ตั้งแต่ปลายปี พ.ศ. 2566 และส่งผลให้สายการเดินเรือต้องหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางคลองสุเอซ โดยเปลี่ยนไปใช้เส้นทางอ้อมแหลมกู๊ดโฮป ทำให้ระยะทางการเดินเรือเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 3,500 ถึง 4,000 ไมล์ทะเล และระยะเวลาการขนส่งยาวขึ้นเฉลี่ย 15 ถึง 30 วัน งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในห่วงโซ่อุปทานรวมทั้งสิ้น 22 ราย ครอบคลุมหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สมาคมและหน่วยงานการศึกษา ผู้นำเข้า ตัวแทนออกของ สายการเดินเรือ และผู้ให้บริการท่าเรือ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าวิกฤตการณ์ทะเลแดงก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบเชิงระบบต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานของสินค้าควบคุมอุณหภูมิอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเพิ่มขึ้นของต้นทุนการขนส่งในช่วงร้อยละ 20 ถึง 40 จากค่าระวางเรือ ค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยเส้นทางเสี่ยงสงคราม และต้นทุนเชื้อเพลิง ระยะเวลาการขนส่งที่ยาวและผันผวนมากขึ้นจากเดิมเฉลี่ย 20 ถึง 25 วันเป็น 35 ถึง 55 วัน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการหมุนเวียนตู้และภาวะตู้ไม่เพียงพอ ปัญหาด้านเอกสารและพิธีการนำเข้าที่ต้องแก้ไขจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลเรือและกำหนดการเดินเรือ ค่าเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจจากการพลาดช่วงจำหน่ายของสินค้าอ่อนไหวต่อเวลาและอุณหภูมิ เช่น ผลไม้ เนื้อสัตว์แปรรูป และเวชภัณฑ์ รวมถึงการลดลงของความน่าเชื่อถือของโซ่อุปทานและบริการขนส่ง ซึ่งทำให้คู่ค้าให้ความสำคัญกับความโปร่งใสของข้อมูลและการติดตามสถานะสินค้าแบบเรียลไทม์มากขึ้น ในด้าน แนวทางการปรับตัว ผู้นำเข้ามุ่งใช้กลยุทธ์เพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ผ่านการปรับระดับสินค้าคงคลัง การกระจายแหล่งนำเข้าและเส้นทางขนส่ง การเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการขนส่งสำหรับสินค้าที่อ่อนไหวต่อเวลา การทำสัญญาค่าระวางระยะยาว และ การประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับหน่วยงานรัฐเพื่อบริหารจัดการเอกสารให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ โดยสรุป งานวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าวิกฤตการณ์ทะเลแดงเป็นความเสี่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างกว้างขวางต่อการนำเข้าสินค้าควบคุมอุณหภูมิจากสหภาพยุโรปมาประเทศไทย และจำเป็นต้องอาศัยการปรับตัวเชิงบูรณาการด้านโลจิสติกส์ การบริหารความเสี่ยง และความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างเสถียรภาพและความยืดหยุ่นของห่วงโซ่อุปทานในระยะยาว

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเปราะบางจากน้ำมันรั่วไหลในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้นในการเปรียบเทียบความสำคัญของปัจจัยทีละคู่และจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ข้อมูลถูกรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์จากแบบสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญประกอบด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และนักวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในระดับพื้นที่และระดับนโยบาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเปราะบางมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยความสามารถในการรับมือเมื่อเกิดเหตุ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความสำคัญกับ (1) แผนตอบสนองและรับมือสถานการณ์ (2) ความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะของบุคลากร และ (3) อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในการขจัดคราบน้ำมัน ตามลำดับ สำหรับข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายพบว่าประเด็นสำคัญที่สุด คือ การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกิดเหตุ ได้แก่ (1) การมีแผนขจัดคราบน้ำมันในระดับต่าง ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับแผนชาติ (2) การจัดสรรงบประมาณฉุกเฉินเพื่อการตอบสนองและฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อม (3) การจัดหาเครื่องมือในการขจัดคราบน้ำมัน (4) การให้ความรู้ การฝึกซ้อม และการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ และ (5) การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการรับมือเหตุการณ์น้ำมันรั่วไหล ผลวิจัยนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเปราะบางจากน้ำมันรั่วไหลในจังหวัดชลบุรี และสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการกำหนดนโยบาย การพัฒนากลไกการวางแผน และการบริหารจัดการเชิงบูรณาการ อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำมันรั่วไหลร่วมกันต่อไป

In the highly competitive e-commerce industry, customer-facing warehouses are crucial as the “order penetration points” for e-commerce last-mile operations. This research examines how warehouses use last-minute coordination, an unstructured mechanism, to ensure sufficient inventory at the order penetration points. Previous research has focused on structured mechanisms like contracts and inventory management systems to enhance warehouse performance. However, these mechanisms can be ineffective when faced with unforeseen local contingencies. To adjust inventory and adapt to changes in supply and/or demand, warehouses need to engage in unstructured, last-minute coordination with other warehouses. A recent retail trend is the rise of “digital-first” firms, where their merchandise is sold primarily via online efforts. In this exploratory study we describe our investigation of the customer journey for a digital-first seller of cosmetics and personal care products. We collected qualitative and quantitative data from a customer survey and follow-up interviews. Results indicate that personal connections and actual product use are the two most important touchpoints customers consider in first discovering the seller and then building a relationship with the brand. We describe practical applications of the findings and suggest ideas for future research.

This paper investigates the correlation and spillover of supply chain risks using production exposure indicators derived from inter-country input-output data and the R-Vine Copula model.
