A survey questionnaire was developed and a Total of 300 completed responses were collected using cross-sectional quantitative research methodology through structured questionnaires, with the help of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to verify if technology bringing convenience into our lives has impact on healthcare delivery service providing organizations. This qualitative study examined job embeddedness theory and its impact on commercial and government aerospace procurement professionals in the Northeast United States. The research sought to understand the factors that influence why these professionals remain in their positions and what elements contribute to improved job performance. Job embeddedness theory explains employee retention through three key factors: perceived fit within their role, perceived links to organizational culture, and perceived sacrifices that would result from leaving.

We examine whether reallocating shelf space to smaller brands enhances total category sales. During a three-month field experiment involving 20 supermarket stores in Arkansas (10 treatment and 10 control stores), we increased shelf facings for smaller brands in treatment stores and reduced facings for larger brands, while maintaining the total shelf space constant. A difference-in-differences analysis reveals that increasing facings for smaller brands significantly boosts total category sales, with an average increase of 960 ounces per week during the intervention. Notably, sales remained elevated by 786 ounces per week after shelf facings reverted to the original level, indicating a persistent …

This article analyzes and investigates the distribution of cost growth of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements of approximately 60 historical United States Acquisition Category I Research, Development, Test and Evaluation aircraft programs. Using the method of maximum likelihood in conjunction with the Akaike Information Criterion, the authors suggest that both the lognormal and Weibull distributions provide relatively good fit to EAC cost growth, with the lognormal slightly edging out the Weibull.
