يهدف البحث الحالي إلى اختبار دور الروابط التنظيمية والمجتمعية في تعزيز قراري المشاركة والأداء في عينة من العاملين في مديرية توزيع كهرباء الديوانية بلغ عددها (100) فرد. وتفترض الدراسة ان الروابط التنظيمية والمجتمعية تزيد من مستوى الأداء الوظيفي ومستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، كما تفترض الدراسة ان ارتفاع الروابط التنظيمية والمجتمعية يقلل من نوايا العاملين في ترك العمل. وقد استخدم الاستبيان كأداة قياس رئيسة لجمع بيانات البحث والتي تم تصميمها بالاعتماد على مقاييس جاهزة في الدراسات السابقة. وقد استخدم البحث عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة مثل المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط البسيط. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة صحة اغلب الفرضيات وفي …

This study shifts attention from project-based firms (PBFs) to project network organizations (PNOs) as increasingly important interorganizational contexts of project collaboration. As a result of organizational specialization, PNOs have emerged as generic organizational forms combining the coordination capacity of PBFs with the resource richness of networks. PNOs connect legally independent, yet often operationally interdependent individuals and organizations in strategically coordinated sets of core project teams and flexible partner pools that sustain beyond singular projects. This study contributes to the growing interest in how hybrid organizations manage paradoxical social—business tensions. Our empirical case is ‘impact sourcing’ – hybrids in global supply chains that hire staff from disadvantaged communities to provide services to business clients. We identify two major growth orientations - ‘community-focused’ and ‘client-focused’ growth - their inherent tensions and ways that hybrids manage them. The former favors slow growth and manages tensions through highly-integrated client and community relations; the latter promotes faster growth and manages client and community relations separately. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور لجان التدقيق في الحد من ممارسات إدارة الارباح وأثرها علـى جودة التقارير المالية المنشورة لشركات التأمين العراقية المدرجة فـي سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدارسة تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على المدققين الداخليين والمحاسبين العاملين في شركات التأمين العراقية العامة بلغ عددها 110 استبانة تم استرداد 100 استبانة وتمت المعالجة الاحصائية المناسبة في التحليل باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSSوقد توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر من اهمها أن إعداد تقارير تخص لجان التدقيق وبصفة دورية مرفقة مع التقارير المالية الدورية وبكل صدق وأمانة يمثل دعماً للجان التدقيق لغرض الارتقاء بمستوى جودة التقارير …

As a latecomer economy, Africa faces persistent difficulties with catching up in global markets. This study examines the strategic potential of community-based hybrid models, which balance market profitability with social impact in local communities. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของการขนส่งสินค้าด้วยตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ขนาด 12 ฟุต ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งจะทำการศึกษาการขนส่งสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (อาหารแห้ง ซอสปรุงรส ของใช้ส่วนตัวและสินค้าเบ็ดเตล็ดทั่วไป) ภายในประเทศไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานและลดระยะเวลาในกระบวนการทำงาน ซึ่งจะสามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิการทำงานและโอกาสทางการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจของของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศได้
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วยขั้นตอน 1. ทบทวนวรรณกรรมเพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของตู้คอนเทนเนอร์และการนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการขนส่งสินค้า 2. การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ทำให้ทราบถึงเหตุผล ความคิดเห็นในการนำตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ขนาด 12 ฟุต มาใช้ ทั้งในประเทศไทยและประเทศญี่ปุ่น 3. สำรวจข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคทางถนนที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลข้อมูลเวลาการปฏิบัติงานจริงในกิจกรรม การคัดแยก การจัดเรียง การจัดเส้นทางขนส่งและการขนถ่ายสินค้า รวมถึงการรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับต้นทุนคงที่ ต้นทุนแปรผันและต้นทุนดำเนินงานทั้งหมด ต่อจากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้มาคาดคะเนต้นทุนที่เกิดขึ้นหากนำตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ขนาด 12 ฟุตมาใช้ เทียบกับต้นทุนที่เกิดขึ้นในกรณีที่ไม่ใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ขนาด 12 ฟุต ด้วยการจำลองการดำเนินงานภายใต้ปริมาณและสถานการณ์ขนส่งสินค้าที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในช่วงวันที่ 1ตุลาคม 2560 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2560
ผลการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนแสดงให้เห็นว่า การใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ 12 ฟุตจะช่วยลดระยะเวลาในการขนถ่ายสินค้า เพราะไม่ต้องเสียเวลานำสินค้าออกมาจากรถขนส่งขนาดใหญ่มาถ่ายลงรถขนส่งขนาดเล็กที่ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าปลายทาง ทำให้รถขนส่งสามารถทำรอบการขนส่งได้มากขึ้น อย่างไรก็ดี เนื่องจากความจำเป็นที่จะต้องลงทุนในตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ 12 ฟุต ความคุ้มคา่ในการใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ประเภทนี้จึงขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถในการใช้ประโยชน์จากความจุของตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ (Utilization) ซึ่งต้องอาศัยการจัดเส้นทางขนส่งที่ดีและปริมาณสินค้าที่มากพอในระดับหนึ่ง อนึ่ง ความคุ้มค่าในการใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ 12 ฟุตจะมากขึ้นตามการเพิ่มขึ้นของค่าแรง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบและวิเคราะห์ ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อรายงานการประเมินผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมกับมาตราฐาน ระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรื้อถอนการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมตลอดจนเสนอแนะแนวทางที่เหมาะสมต่อการรื้อถอนและการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียม โดยศึกษาจากกรณีศึกษาการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียม ลีเวค อรุโณทัย โดยงานวิจัยนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมจำนวน 20 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาแสดงผลในรูปแบบอัตราร้อยละเพื่อทดสอบขั้้นตอนและวิเคราะห์โดยการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญกับมาตราฐาน ระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรื้อถอนการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมเห็นด้วยกับรายงานการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมและ (2) รายงานการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียม กรณีศึกษาการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียม ลีเวค อรุโณทัย เป็นแนวทางการปลดระวางเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องตามกฎหมายภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรื้อถอนสิ่งติดตั้ง ทั้งนี้ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำมาจัดทำแนวทางปฏิบัติในการรื้อถอนเรือกักเก็บและผลิตปิโตรเลียมที่เหมาะสมในอนาคตอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้องสืบไป

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมและจัดเก็บข้อมูลการใช้ท่าเรือเดินทะเลในประเทศไทยด้วยระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์และพัฒนาระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลการใช้ท่าเรือเดินทะเลในประเทศไทยให้มีความถูกต้องทันสมัยและสามารถค้นคืนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้โปรแกรม Quantum GIS (QGIS version 2.18.12) ทำการศึกษาในช่วงตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2552 จนถึง พ.ศ. 2559 โดยจำแนกตามชายฝั่งทะเลเป็น 2 ชายฝั่ง 6 กลุ่มจังหวัด ได้แก่ อ่าวไทยตะวันออก อ่าวไทยตอนบน อ่าวไทยตอนกลาง อ่าวไทยตอนล่าง อันดามันตอนบน และอันดามันตอนล่าง และแบ่งประเภทท่าเรือออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ ท่าเรือประมง ท่าเรือโดยสารเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ท่าเรือสินค้าทั่วไป ท่าเรือสินค้าเหลว ท่าเรือสินค้าเทกอง และท่าเรืออื่นๆ การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยการรวบรวมข้อมูลและการนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำแผนที่ด้วยโปรมแกรม QGIS รายละเอียดในการศึกษาได้แบ่งข้อมูลดังนี้ พื้นที่ในการศึกษาวิจัย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปริภูมิ และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ซึ่งจัดเก็บด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ MS Excel และข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ (Spatial data) เพื่อช่วยตัดสินใจสำหรับข้อมูลตามลักษณะหรือลักษณะประจำ (Attribute data) นั้นถูกจัดเก็บในลักษณะของฐานข้อมูลภายนอก (External database) เมื่อจัดเก็บไว้ในระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์แล้วสามารถค้นคืน (Retrieve) ข้อมูลได้ในรูปแบบ (Format) ของข้อมูลภาพ (Image) แผนที่ (Map) และตาราง (Table) เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ท่าเรือเดินทะเลของประเทศไทย จากผลการศึกษา มีท่าเรือเดินทะเลของประเทศไทยจำนวน 612 แห่ง นอกจากนี้ยังมีข้อมูลสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขีดความสามารถของท่าเรือและความยาวหน้าท่าโดยแบ่งช่วงความยาวหน้าท่าให้ชัดเจนเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพิจารณาปริมาณการเพิ่มขึ้นของท่าเรือเดินทะเลส่วนระบบฐานข้อมูลประกอบด้วยข้อมูลแผนที่และข้อมูลตามลักษณะที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงกันได้และนำเสนอข้อมูลตามลักษณะและข้อมูลกราฟิกที่แสดงที่ตั้ง รูปภาพ ผ่านทางโปรมแกรม QGIS ที่ให้ความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้งาน ผลของงานวิจัยที่ได้ ปริมาณท่าเรือแต่ละประเภทของประเทศไทยซึ่งนำเสนอข้อมูลผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้โปรมแกรมที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนใช้ประกอบการวางแผนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหรือกำหนดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับศักยภาพการพัฒนาของท่าเรือเดินทะเลในประเทศไทย ดังนั้นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม (QGIS) มีความสำคัญกับผู้ประกอบกิจการท่าเรือทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนมีความจำเป็นในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้หน่วยงานที่รวบรวมอย่างครบถ้วนเพื่อให้การพัฒนาศักยภาพท่าเรือเดินทะเลของประเทศไทยให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันและสามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการเติบโตในอนาคตต่อไป

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมของประเทศไทยในการเข้าเป็นภาคีอนุสัญญาระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการควบคุมระบบป้องกันเพรียงที่เป็นอันตรายในเรือ ค.ศ. 2001 ขององค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศซึ่งอนุสัญญาที่องค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศบัญญัติขึ้นเพื่อกำหนดมาตรฐานและแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเดินเรือ การรักษาความปลอดภัยในการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศและคุ้มครองสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเลที่เกิดจากเรือรวมทั้งเพื่อเป็นกลไกในการสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศสมาชิก จากการศึกษาพบว่า หากประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมเป็นภาคีอนุสัญญาฉบับนี้ย่อมก่อให้เกิดผลดีมากกว่าผลเสียทั้งในฐานะรัฐเจ้าของธง รัฐเจ้าของเมืองท่า และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อเจ้าของเรือหรือบริษัทผู้บริหารเรือทั้งด้านการประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาตัวเรือ ค่าใช้จ่ายในด้านความสิ้นเปลืองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง การที่ประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมเป็นภาคีอนุสัญญาจะทำให้ประเทศไทยต้องมีพันธกรณีในการอนุวัติการกฎหมาย ซึ่งต้องมีการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงกฎหมายภายในให้มีความสอดคล้องกับอนุสัญญาฯ หากแม้ประเทศไทยยังมิได้เข้าร่วมเป็นภาคีอนุสัญญาฉบับนี้ แต่ประเทศไทยก็สามารถที่จะมีการหยิบและเลือก (Pick and Choose) โดยการนำเอาหลักการหรือข้อบัญญัติของอนุสัญญามาบัญญัติเอาไว้ในกฎหมายภายในของประเทศไทยในอนาคตได้ หากเห็นว่าหลักการหรือข้อบัญญัติอื่นใดเป็นประโยชน์ในการยกระดับมาตรฐานเรือไทยในด้านที่เกี่ยวกับการรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางทะเล

พฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีบริเวณพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออกของประเทศไทย, ณัชชารีย์ ชัยศิริจิรสิน

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออกของประเทศไทย โดยการศึกษาปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติและความตระหนักทางการอนุรักษ์ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเล ศึกษาโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษา 800 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาแสดงผลในรูปแบบอัตราร้อยละ ใช้สถิติการอนุมานในการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย (Factor analysis) และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยอนุรักษ์ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) นักศึกษาต่างเพศ ต่างชั้นปี และต่างสาขาวิชามีพฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (2) พฤติกรรมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของนักศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับปัจจัยอนุรักษ์ เช่น ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเล การรับข่าวสารจากสื่อมวลชนและสื่อเฉพาะกิจ การเห็นแบบอย่าง รวมทั้งทัศนคติและความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งทะเลของนักศึกษา

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการศึกษาหลักสูตรผู้นำการดำน้ำที่เหมาะสมกับการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่งของประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรที่ประกอบอาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมดำน้ำประเทศไทยและมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดระเบียบอุตสาหกรรมดำน้ำประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรมดำน้ำ ประกอบด้วย นักวิชาการ และผู้ปฏิบัติงานในอาชีพ รวมจำนวน 24 คน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ และสถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญส่วนใหญ่มีความสอดคล้องกันทุกประการ สามารถสรุปได้ ดังนี้ ประเด็นที่หนึ่ง มาตรฐานหลักสูตรผู้นำการดำน้ำควรเน้นทักษะด้านความปลอดภัยในการดำน้ำและการจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ประเด็นที่สอง หน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่กำกับ ดูแลประสานงานเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ควรเป็นองค์กรในรูปแบบสมาคมหรือสมาพันธ์และควรเป็นหน่วยงานที่สามารถให้ความรู้และสามารถดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการเรียนการสอนได้ ประเด็นที่สาม หัวข้อหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสม ควรมีหัวข้อเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบทางสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเลที่เกิดจากกิจกรรมดำน้ำ ประเด็นที่สี่ รายได้ส่วนหนึ่งจากธุรกิจดำน้ำควรนำมาเป็นเงินที่ใช้ในการส่งเสริมอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล
