การจัดสรรรถขนส่งน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง : กรณีศึกษา บริษัทน้ำมันขนาดเล็กในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่, พศิน ศิริเขตต์

งานวิจัยนี้เสนอต้นแบบทางคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับเป็นแนวทางในการจัดสรรรถขนส่งน้ำมัน เชื้อเพลิงไปยังสถานีบริการน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ทั้งหมด 3 สถานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ เพื่อลดต้นทุนโดยรวมโลจิสติกส์ ซึ่งก็คือ ค่าขนส่ง โดยทำให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งน้อยที่สุด แต่ก็จะต้องตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่เพียงพอของผู้บริโภคในแต่ละสถานีบริการน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง ในงานวิจัยนี้ เลือกวิธีการการขนส่ง 2 วิธี คือ รถบรรทุกของทางสถานี (รถบรรทุกขนาด 18,000 ลิตร และรถบรรทุกขนาด 16,000 ลิตร) และรถบรรทุกของคลังน้ำมัน (รถบรรทุกขนาด 20,000 ลิตร) งานวิจัยนี้จะนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับแบบจำลองเชิงเส้น (Linear Program) โดยแบ่งข้อมูลปริมาณความต้องการน้ำมันของผู้บริโภคและปริมาณการสั่งซื้อน้ำมันเป็นสองส่วน ส่วนแรกจะนำไปหาปริมาณการสั่งซื้อน้ำมันต่อวัน และส่วนที่สองจะนำไปจัดสรรรถเติมน้ำมัน รวมถึงทดสอบนโยบายใหม่ ผลจากตัวแบบพบว่านโยบายใหม่ทำให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งลดลงถึงร้อยละ 22.60 จากการสั่งซื้อแบบเดิม ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งอยู่ที่ 879,225 บาท คงเหลือค่าใช้จ่ายในการ ขนส่งรวมเป็น 680,520 บาท

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังที่สามารถลดจำนวนอะไหล่ขาดมือจากการสั่งซื้อชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่มีการจำหน่ายชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ให้กับลูกค้าในสองช่องทาง คือ งานซ่อมของช่างซ่อมที่มีความต้องการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่สำหรับงานซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา ทดแทนอะไหล่ของเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และลูกค้าที่มีความต้องการมาซื้อชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่เพื่อการบำรุงรักษาโดยตรงที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของบริษัท รายการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ที่ศึกษามี 5 รายการซึ่งเป็นรายการที่มีความต้องการไม่แน่นอนจากลูกค้าและบริษัทต้องการให้มีอัตราการเติมเต็มพัสดุคงคลังอะไหล่ที่สามารถรองรับความต้องการไม่แน่นอนของลูกค้าได้ แต่ในปัจจุบันพบว่า บริษัทมีอัตราการเติมเต็มพัสดุคงคลังอะไหล่เพียง 48% งานวิจัยเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษานโยบายการสั่งซื้อของบริษัทเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของนโยบายในปัจจุบัน และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการของชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ในอดีต เพื่อศึกษาการกระจายตัวของข้อมูลความต้องการ จากนั้นนำเสนอนโยบายที่พิจารณาการกระจายตัวของข้อมูลความต้องการอะไหล่ ร่วมกับระยะเวลานำที่ไม่คงที่จากซัพพลายเออร์ จากนั้นจึงนำเสนอนโยบายระดับคงคลังเป้าหมาย (Order-up-to-level Model หรือ OUL) ที่มีการกำหนดรอบการสั่งคงที่และสั่งซื้อให้ถึงระดับ OUL ซึ่งเป็นระดับที่เพียงพอต่อการตอบสนองความต้องการในแต่ละรอบการสั่งตามระดับการให้บริการที่กำหนด นโยบายระดับคงคลังเป้าหมายที่นำเสนอ ได้ถูกนำไปจำลองการสั่งซื้อในโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel เพื่อทดสอบการสั่งซื้อชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ทั้ง 5 รายการ พบว่านโยบายที่นำเสนอสามารถเพิ่มอัตราการเติมเต็มพัสดุคงคลังอะไหล่ได้ 100% ทั้ง 5 รายการ และมีมูลค่าพัสดุคงคลังลดลง 34%

การวิเคราะห์พื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดตั้งศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว : กรณีศึกษาการเกิดอุทกภัย อำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช, กนกวรรณ เกิดมีทรัพย์

การวิเคราะห์พื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดตั้งศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราวกรณีศึกษาการเกิดอุทกภัย อำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดตั้งศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว กรณีเกิดเหตุอุทกภัย ภายในเขตอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เนื่องจากภายในอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราชเกิดน้ำท่วมเป็นประจำ ส่งผลให้บางหมู่บ้านต้องอพยพออกจากแหล่งอาศัยเดิม ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์หาพื้นที่ในอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากน้ำท่วมซ้ำซากบ่อยครั้งขึ้นไปเพื่อใช้เป็นต้นทางในการอพยพ และวิเคราะห์หาสถานศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพที่สามารถรองรับผู้อพยพได้ เพื่อพิจารณาความสามารถในการรองรับผู้อพยพได้อย่างเพียงพอ จากนั้นจึงนำมาวิเคราะห์เส้นทางและระยะทางในการการอพยพของผู้ประสบภัย ผ่านระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) ผลการวิเคราะห์พื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากน้ำท่วมซ้ำซากบ่อยครั้งขึ้นไปในพื้นที่ อำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า มีพื้นที่ 11 ตำบล ได้แก่ ตำบลท่างิ้ว ตำบลท่าซัก ตำบลท่าเรือ ตำบลท่าไร่ ตำบลนาเคียน ตำบลนาทราย ตำบลบางจาก ตำบลปากนคร ตำบลปากพูน ตำบลโพธิ์เสด็จและตำบลมะม่วงสองต้น และหมู่บ้านที่ได้รับผลกระทบรวม 65 หมู่บ้าน คิดเป็นพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากน้ำท่วมประมาณ 36.88 ตร.กม. หรือประมาณ 23,050 ไร่ มีประชากรได้รับผลกระทบและต้องอพยพออกจากพื้นที่น้ำท่วมประมาณ 7,924 คน และเมื่อพิจารณาสถานศึกษาที่มีศักยภาพในการรองรับผู้อพยพ ประกอบกับการวิเคราะห์หาเส้นทางและระยะทางในการอพยพแล้วพบว่า สถานศึกษาภายในอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช 63 แห่ง สามารถรองรับผู้อพยพได้อย่างเพียงพอ และใช้ระยะทางที่น้อยที่สุดในการอพยพ

การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง เพื่อหาทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง ระหว่างการจ้างบริษัทขนส่งและการทำการขนส่งด้วยตนเอง โดยจะมีการนำปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็งมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการตัดสินใจด้วย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยคุณภาพ ปัจจัยด้านเวลา และปัจจัยด้านต้นทุน ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการรวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้บริหารของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา จำนวน 5 ท่าน ในการประเมินลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยหลักและปัจจัยรอง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาผ่านการวิเคราะห์ด้วยหลักการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP) ผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนในการขนส่งพบว่า การขนส่งด้วยตนเอง มีต้นทุนในการขนส่งที่มากที่สุด ส่วนการขนส่งด้วยตนเองผสมผสานกับการว่าจ้างบริษัทภายนอกจะมีต้นทุนในการขนส่งที่น้อยที่สุด ในส่วนของผลการวิเคราะห์จากหลักการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น พบว่า กลุ่มปัจจัยหลัก ปัจจัยคุณภาพมีลำดับความสำคัญมาเป็นลำดับที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสำคัญเท่ากับร้อยละ 68.19 ตามมาด้วยปัจจัยด้านเวลา และปัจจัยด้านต้นทุน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสำคัญเท่ากับร้อยละ 17.30 และ 14.51 ตามลำดับ เมื่อนำผลการวิเคราะห์มาพิจารณาร่วมกันพบว่า ทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง คือ ทางเลือกที่ว่าจ้างบริษัทขนส่งตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงปลายทาง โดยใช้บริษัทขนส่ง B Express มีผลคะแนนรวมอยู่ที่ 409.49 ตามมาด้วยทางเลือกที่ทางบริษัททำการขนส่งเองตลอดเส้นทาง จากนั้นเป็นทางเลือกที่เป็นการผสมผสานการขนส่งระหว่างทางบริษัทขนส่งเองและใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่ง และสุดท้ายเป็นทางเลือกที่ใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงปลายทางการขนส่ง ในกรณีที่ใช้บริษัทขนส่งเป็นบริษัท A Express โดยมีคะแนนรวมเท่ากับ 405.74 336.72 และ 281.36 ตามลำดับ

การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังประเภทอะไหล่รถยนต์, โชติรส แซ่อึ้ง

การศึกษาเรื่องการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังประเภทอะไหล่รถยนต์ เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. ลดต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังโดยการมีต้นทุนต่ำที่สุดและมีปริมาณสินค้าที่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า 2. จัดกลุ่มสินค้าตามลำคับความสำคัญและวางแผนการจัดสินค้าคงคลังในหมวดต่างๆให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม 3. ลดปริมาณการจัดเก็บสินค้าคงคลังสำรองในรายการสินค้าที่มีมากเกินความต้องการและเพื่อหาจุดสั่งซื้อใหม่ ที่มีความเหมาะสมกับปริมาณการขาย จากผลการศึกษาเรื่อง การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังประเภทอะไหล่รถยนต์ การจัดการสินค้าคงคลังแบบเดิมของบริษัทมีต้นทันที่สูงเนื่องจากมีการเก็บสินค้าไว้จำนวนมากเกินไปส่งผลให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดเก็บสูงตามไปด้วย ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยได้นำเครื่องมือต่างๆมาพัฒนาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง ซึ่งมีวิธีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้าคงคลังโดยใช้เทคนิค ABC Classification การพยากรณ์ความต้องการ การคำนวณหาปริมาณการสั่งซื้อประหยัด (Economic Order Quantity) การกำหนดจุดสั่งซื้อใหม่ (Reorder Point : ROP) และการกำหนดสินค้าเพื่อความปลอดภัย (Safety Stock) ทำให้ต้นทุนรวมของบริษัทกรณีศึกษาทั้ง 5 รายการลดลงเท่ากับ 1,708,849.34 บาทหรือ 15%

การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ กรณีศึกษาบริษัท Abc, ณัฐติกาญจน์ ศิริวัฒน์

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในกระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ พร้อมประเมินและเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการขนส่ง เพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยทำการศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับต้นทุน ระยะเวลา และประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการทำงาน ตั้งแต่การเตรียมใบเสนอราคาให้ลูกค้าไปจนถึงการส่งมอบสินค้าของลูกค้าไปยังคลังสินค้าของสายการบิน ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาที่เกิดในกระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทมี 2 เรื่อง 1) การจองรถรับส่งสินค้า ไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ KPI เนื่องจากข้อผิดพลาดในการส่งข้อมูลและเวลาที่ไม่จำเป็น 2) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับสินค้าจากลูกค้าสูง ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้จึงใช้เทคนิค ECRS เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานในการจองรถรับส่งสินค้า ส่งผลให้เวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมดลดลงจาก 130 นาที เป็น 40 นาที หรือลดลง 69% และนำเสนอการขนส่งด้วยระบบ milk run เพื่อไปรับสินค้าจากลูกค้าแทนการรับโดยตรงที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยการ วิเคราะห์โดยเทคนิค Saving Algorithms for Vehicle Routing เผยให้เห็นศักยภาพในการประหยัดต้นทุน 24% สำหรับรถบรรทุก 4 ล้อ และ 46% สำหรับรถบรรทุก 6 ล้อ

การพยากรณ์ความต้องการการใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์สำหรับการขนส่งทางทะเลของเส้นทางสิงคโปร์ - จีน : กรณีศึกษาบริษัทผู้ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายเคมีภัณฑ์แห่งหนึ่ง, ณิชา วิจารณ์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและสร้างตัวแบบการพยากรณ์ความต้องการการใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์สำหรับการขนส่งทางทะเลของเส้นทางสิงคโปร์ – จีนของบริษัทในกรณีศึกษาให้มีความแม่นยำมากกว่าค่าพยากรณ์ปัจจุบันของบริษัท เพื่อนำค่าพยากรณ์ที่แม่นยำขึ้นไปใช้จัดทำสัญญาจองตู้คอนเทนเนอร์กับบริษัทสายการเดินเรือต่าง ๆ และทำให้สามารถลดปัญหาการขาดแคลนตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ลงได้ การศึกษาเริ่มจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำความเข้าใจปัญหาในปัจจุบัน และวิเคราะห์หาวิธีแก้ไข โดยพบว่าในปัจจุบันทางบริษัทใช้การแปลงค่าแผนการขายเป็นจำนวนตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่ต้องการใช้ ซึ่งค่าที่ได้มีความแม่นยำต่ำ เนื่องจากไม่สามารถระบุเส้นทางที่ใช้ได้โดยตรง ผู้วิจัยจึงนำเสนอให้นำคำสั่งซื้อรายเดือนของแต่ละเส้นทาง มาพยากรณ์ด้วยวิธีพยากรณ์เชิงปริมาณตามอนุกรมเวลาโดยตรงแทน ในส่วนของการสร้างตัวแบบพยากรณ์ ผู้วิจัยรวบรวมข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อจาก 10 เส้นทางของทุกกลุ่มสินค้า หลังจากนั้นจึงทำความสะอาดข้อมูลและสร้างตัวแบบพยากรณ์ด้วยวิธีการหาค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่, วิธีการปรับเรียบเอกซ์โพเนนเชียลอย่างง่าย, วิธีพยากรณ์อย่างง่ายสำหรับข้อมูลแนวโน้ม, วิธีการหาค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่สองครั้ง, วิธีการปรับเรียบเอกซ์โพเนนเชียลซ้ำสองครั้ง, วิธีการปรับเรียบเอกซ์โพเนนเชียลของฮอล์ท และวิธีบ็อกซ์-เจนกินส์ ตามความเหมาะสม และเปรียบเทียบความแม่นยำด้วยค่า MPE, MAPE และ RMSE เพื่อหาตัวแบบที่ให้ความแม่นยำสูงสุด จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแบบที่ให้ความแม่นยำสูงสุดของแต่ละเส้นทางมีความแตกต่างกัน ทำให้นำไปใช้งานจริงได้ยาก และพบว่าการสร้างตัวแบบตามลักษณะข้อมูลของแต่ละกลุ่มสินค้า กล่าวคือใช้วิธี บ็อกซ์-เจนกินส์กับข้อมูลกลุ่มสินค้า A และ C ใช้วิธีหาค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่สองครั้งกับข้อมูลกลุ่มสินค้า B และนำค่าที่ได้มารวมกันเป็นค่าของแต่ละเส้นทาง ให้ค่าความแม่นยำอยู่ใน 3 อันดับแรกของทุก ๆ เส้นทาง จึงสามารถนำมาใช้กับทุกเส้นทางได้ โดยค่าพยากรณ์มีความแม่นยำมากขึ้น 11% โดยเฉลี่ย รวมถึงตัวแบบดังกล่าวยังสามารถลดปัญหาค่าพยากรณ์น้อยกว่ายอดคำสั่งซื้อจริงโดยรวมได้อีกด้วย

การพยากรณ์ความต้องการและการกำหนดนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังผู้ผลิตยากรณีศึกษาบริษัท Aaa, ธราเทพ คำมูล

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบโมเดลการพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสมให้กับสินค้าที่ทำรายได้หลักให้กับบริษัทกรณีศึกษา เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันบริษัทกรณีศึกษาไม่มีรูปแบบการพยากรณ์ยอดขายสินค้าไม่ชัดเจนโดยทำการพยากรณ์ความต้องการล่วงหน้าและทำการวัดค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน (Error) เพื่อเลือกรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละสินค้า อีกทั้งยังทำการศึกษานโยบายพัสดุคงคลังในปัจจุบันของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา โดยมุ่งเน้นเป้าหมายไปที่การลดต้นทุนพัสดุคงคลัง โดยในปัจจุบันพบว่าบริษัทกรณีศึกษามีระดับพัสดุคงคลังสูงซึ่งมีความไม่สอดคล้องไปในแนวเดียวกับความต้องการทำให้บริษัทกรณีศึกษามีค่าการเก็บรักษาสินค้าสูงตามไปด้วยเช่นกัน โดยนำค่าพยากรณ์ที่ได้มาช่วยในการกำหนดนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังรูปแบบใหม่ขึ้นมาเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังรูปแบบปัจจุบันรวมทั้งใช้วิธีการจำลองสถานการณ์เพื่อสร้างนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภายใต้ขอบเขตการวิจัยสินค้าแต่ละชนิดมีรูปแบบการพยากรณ์ที่แตกต่างกันโดยต้องคำนึงถึงหลายปัจจัย การวิจัยนี้สามารถแก้ปัญหาระดับพัสดุคงคลังของบริษัทกรณีศึกษาได้โดยนโยบายพัสดุคงรูปแบบใหม่สามารถลดต้นทุนรวมต่อปีได้หากเทียบกับนโยบายพัสดุคงคลังในรูปแบบปัจจุบัน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากการบังคับใช้มาตรฐาน GSDP ต่อการจัดการการกระจายสินค้า 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งในประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อสรุปประเด็นที่ผู้ประกอบการมีความพร้อมและที่ไม่พร้อมในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐาน GSDP การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งรถขนส่งและคลังสินค้า จำนวน 77 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และในส่วนของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับตัวมาตรฐาน GSDP ในระดับสูงมาก เนื่องจากร้อยละ 76 สามารถทำแบบสอบถามได้ถูกต้องครบทั้ง 6 ข้อ 2) กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย มีความพร้อมในการปรับใช้มาตรฐาน GSDP เข้ากับการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี คือผลลัผธ์ออกมาที่ระบบมาก 3) แต่มีอยู่หนึ่งหัวข้อที่ กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทยได้คะแนนความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางต่างออกมาจากหัวข้ออื่น คือด้านความเหมาะสมของสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน

This paper tests the distributed photovoltaic (DPV) economy under different business models by taking three provinces to stand for typical resource zones. The Internal return rate (IRR) is used to measure the economy, while the improved levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) is used to model the generation cost. For fixed wing aircraft within the U.S. Air Force, Operating and Support (O&S) costs encompass a large portion of total life cycle costs. O&S costs include fuel, maintenance, and engine upgrades. To the authors’ knowledge, no study to date has attempted to empirically quantify the realized effects of new aircraft engines on sustainment costs. Utilizing the Air Force Total Ownership Cost database, they focused on new engines appearing on the C-5s, C-130s, and C-135s. This study investigates the impact of enhanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) on firm performance through green supply chain management, supplier integration, and internal integration. The population is the manufacturer domiciled in East Java, Indonesia, which has implemented ERP and been certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the environmental management system. Data collection used a questionnaire designed with the five-point Likert scale. Of 243 manufacturers, 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 135 questionnaires are considered valid for analysis. This dissertation investigates three profit maximization models for coordinating Sales and Operations (S\&OP) management.

The first problem considers implementing a customer education strategy for the digital channel users of a multi-channel service provider. Using a customer network flow model, I investigate the effect of customer education in the digital channel on the number of users of digital and in-person channels. Further, I define a customer value metric that characterizes the optimal level of education effort. This paper explores the U.S. Army’s force reorganization around the Brigade Combat Team (BCT), which began in 2002. The BCT shifted how various army units interacted by changing the echelon at which different types of units report to a single commander, essentially creating self-sufficient units of about 2,500 soldiers instead of the previous self-sufficient units of about 15,000 soldiers.
