Relationships between American and Chinese companies have never been more important or profitable as they are now. With linguistic, moral, governmental, and legal systems developed entirely independent of each other for thousands of years, these relationships also prove the most difficult and complex to navigate. Miscellaneous Federal Documents & Reports
This preliminary report about the materials pertaining to the United States located in the Mexican archives was based upon what was actually found, prepared wholly for utilitarian purposes, and not a definitive treatise on the Mexican archives. It should be regarded as a compilation of notes, taken by one primarily interested in knowing and recording the whereabouts and nature of materials for United States history, and put in the most convenient form consonant with that purpose. There was included in the report, necessarily, many references to characters and events of Mexican history proper, especially those which have had close connection …

From A Culture Of Food Waste To A Culture Of Food Security: A Comparison Of Food Waste Law And Policy In France And In The United States, Lindsay Bunting Eubanks
William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review
Fighting food waste fights hunger. It also cleans the planet. Currently, one third of all the food produced in the world—1.3 billion tons of edible food—goes to waste every year. Each ton of food wasted produces 3.8 tons of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions. In America, wasted food produces over 20% of methane gas emissions annually. Recovering all this wasted food could feed the food insecure, could clean the environment, and could even create new market opportunities within the food industry. If food industry businesses find ways to resell or recover the cost of what they currently throw away, this …

The most significant facet of the fashion trade is the clothing and textile industry. The current total value of the clothing and textiles trade is estimated at $726 billion and a staggering …
