Abstract
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) added Division II men’s golf in 1963. What are the pragmatic factors that make a top 50 nationally ranked team or an elite team in the top 25? This study had 14 head coaches of nationally ranked teams (or previous national rank) and included three former national champions in the participant sample. These coaches were interviewed individually or set into focus groups within the S/SE and Central/Midwest NCAA Regions. …

An Exploratory Comparison Of The Impact Of Covid-19 On American And Chinese College Student Lives, Arvind Agrawal, Alan Hamlin, Steve Barney, Yongchuan Shi
Mountain Plains Journal of Business and Technology
US and Chinese students in their home countries rated their life experiences since the advent of Covid-19 on various aspects of their lives, including academic performance, social life, and emotional, financial, and physical well-being. Input was also received about how Covid-19 has affected their communication, career planning, and post-graduate goals.

Theses and Dissertations
This single-case study investigated how a partnership between a rural community college in New Jersey and a manufacturer of emerging optics equipment reflected the “regional networked innovation system,” a type of regional innovation system (Asheim & Isaksen, 2002, p.83). The regional innovation system explains a region's development and competitiveness based on a set of actors within a region, developing specific forms of capital derived from social relations, norms, values, and interactions with the community (Doloreux & Parto, 2005).

The central research question in this study is: How do athletics directors describe their leadership experiences in a faith-based, small college intercollegiate athletics setting? The phenomenological research using …

This case study discusses (1) how the community engagement project was developed, (2) the work conducted, and (3) the results provided to the client. This case study also provides feedback from both students and the client. Overall, students were pleased with the …
