This study examines the estimated increase in economic impact on a geography’s local economy by creating cross-marketing efforts between expanding an established outdoor recreation trail to a closely located city downtown commerce district. This research will analyze the resulting potential rise in sales/lodging tax revenues for that city by mapping the trail and downtown district, and cross-marketing the other to users of both or either venue. Potential increase in economic impact will be estimated utilizing IMPLAN methodology by assessing the economic impact on the local economy that a percentage range of increased spending resulting from this cross-marketing effort could generate.

However, GameStop saw its share price climb almost 1000 percent in the span of a one- week period from January 21, 2021 to January 27, 2021 due to retail investors buying significant amounts of GameStop shares during that period. predicting the likelihood of COVID-19 inpatients’ admission to the ICU within a time frame of 12 hours. Four steps, the Bayesian Ridge Regression-based missing value imputation, the synthesis of training samples by the combination of two rows (the first and another row) of each patient, customized oversampling, and XGBoost classifier, are used for the proposed method. Esta Investigación llevó a cabo una comparación exhaustiva entre tres modelos predictivos: SVEC, ARIMAX-EGARCH y redes neuronales, con el objetivo de determinar el impacto de la inclusión de variables cualitativas asociadas a variables económicas en la predicción de la tasa de cambio en Colombia a partir de del comparativo de los modelos anteriormente mencionados para el periodo (2010-2022). Tras realizar el análisis se encontró a través de los valores de AIC que la mejor metodología para pronosticar la (TRM) es el ARIMAX-EGARCH diario y que las variables dummy tienen un impacto positivo que mejora la predictibilidad del modelo escogido.
