El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board (EPWU) contracted ARCADIS U.S., Inc. to perform preconstruction investigations for cultural resources as part of their proposed Paisano Drive 48 inch Transmission Waterline Project (PTW) in El Paso County, Texas. The PTW is located at the west base of the Franklin Mountains in northwest El Paso and can be found on the Smeltertown 31106G5 (1994) USGS 7.5’ topographic quadrangle (Figure 1). The project area encompasses 3.07 miles between -106.529548, 31.792403 (northwest) and -106.504871, 31.764421 (southeast). Project Description. SWCA Environmental Consultants (SWCA) conducted an archaeological background review and intensive pedestrian survey for the El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG), a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI), Line Nos. 2034 and 2058 replacement and lowering at Interstate 10 project to determine whether the undertaking would impact any significant archaeological resources.

TRC conducted an intensive, linear pedestrian survey of two proposed option routes for residential wastewater collectors for the Montana Vista Proposed Wastewater Facility System in East El Paso. The project area is located within El Paso County, Texas. The project proposes approximately 188,285 feet of 8-inch sewer lines throughout the residential streets, which will reach depths of approximately 25 feet. A proposed collection line will run along Greg Rd/Edgemere Blvd for approximately 13,150 feet. This report details the results of an intensive archaeological survey by SWCA Environmental Consultants (SWCA) for the proposed El Paso Natural Gas Project: Texas Gas Service Line Expansion Lateral and Meter Station. El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG), a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) is proposing to extend the existing Line No. 20121 approximately 3.59 miles, install the Transmountain Delivery Meter Station (TDMS), and install a new pressure regulating station in order to supply Texas Gas Service Company with additional natural gas. During early May of 2015, TAS Inc. conducted a pedestrian survey and shovel testing of the Comanche Trail Pipeline, LLC (Comanche Trail) San Elizario Crossing in southeast El Paso County, Texas. The project will connect a natural gas pipeline in Texas with a natural gas pipeline in Mexico. Because of the international nature of the project, the survey fell under jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The survey area was located south and west of Chicken Ranch Road, 1.8 miles south of San Elizario and was confined to FERC regulated areas northeast of the Rio Grande. The project …
