التوصيف الفيزيو كيميائي لايقونة السيد المسيح ، كنيسة ابى سيفين ،جمهورية مصر العربية [Ar]قدم هذا البحث التوصيف الفيزوكيميائى لأيقونة قبطية من القرن التاسع عشر من كنيسة القديس مرقوريوس، حيث تمثل مثال فريد من هذة الايقونات التى تعود الى العصر القبطى. ولكى يتحقق الغرض من الدراسة تم استخدام بعض الوسائل الفحص والتحليل لشرح وايضاح كل مظاهر التلف مما يساعد في التوثيق الأثري للأيقونة ، وقد يعطي ذلك تفسير عن ميكانيكة تلف الأيقونات الأثرية . كشف الفحص البصري أن الأيقونة القبطية تتكون من أربع طبقات: دعامة لوح خشبي ، وطبقة تحضير ، وطبقة طلاء ، وبقية طبقة الورنيش ، وقد عانت …

ترميم وصيانة سجادة آثرية فريدة من متحف قصر الأمير محمد على بالمنيل– القاهرة (دراسة حالة)

يمثل السجاد التاريخى أحد أكثر الكنوز الفنية التى يجب الحفاظ عليها للأجيال القادمة. لذلك تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية استراتيجيات علمية لصيانة سجادة آثرية فريدة حُفِظت فى ظروف تخزين غير متحكم فيها. السجادة غنية بالزخارف وتعود إلى العصر الحديث (القرن 13هـ/ 19م). وكانت مُخزنة فى متحف قصر الأمير محمد على بالمنيل (القاهرة) تحت رقم 90/112سجل 2. ونظرا للتلف الشديد الذى كانت تعانى منه هذه السجادة كان لابد من وضع خطة علاج مناسبة لترميمها بشكل صحيح وذلك باستخدام التقنيات الميكروسكوبية والطيفية. فقد تم …

A Case Study Of Copper-Arsenic Ewer From The Egyptian Museum In Cairo, Egypt, Abeer Gharib, Manal Ahmed Maher

(En)This paper presents an analytical study and treatment of an Arsenical Copper ewer from old kingdom stored in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Examination and analysis were carried out by using optical microscopy (OM), metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), with energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).

Results indicated that ewer was made of copper-arsenic alloy; it had intended black layer which referred to the fertile soil. The ewer was made by cold-working and the spout was joined mechanically; it has three layers of alteration products with various compositions and morphology covering the substrate of the alloy. …
