This collection is comprised of materials, recording the achievements and honors of Dr. Charles A. Hoffman, M.D.

Included in the collection are certificates, diplomas, awards, and citations, given to Dr. Hoffman for his outstanding service to the medical profession and to his community. Of interest are two gold medals, presented to Dr. Hoffman for his service as president of both the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association. The collection also includes copies of Dr. Hoffman’s numerous speeches, delivered before various medical, professional and community groups.
