Attendance
The Sixth Annual Meeting of the reactivated Swiss American Historical Society, to which the members had been invited by circular letters of October 25 and November 28, took place on December 27, 2969, in the Conference Hall of the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, D.C. Time and place were chosen because of the coincidence with the Annual Meeting of the American Historical Association of December 28 - 30 in the same town. This facilitated the attendance of our professional historians, but was less practical for those among our members who had to use the holiday season for family …
