In offering this catalog to the public we feel that no apology is necessary for the existence of Illinois Holiness University. Inasmuch as this is only the second year of the College proper, and inasmuch as last year was hindered by lack of buildings, in many respects we shall tell what we expect to do this year, rather than what we have been able to do in the past.
