This collection consists of one ledger book which has written documentation of the minutes of the meetings, a copy of the by-laws, and other information about the business of the creamery. The records also include a folder containing a contract to hire an operator of the creamery. It opened for business on June 14, 1899, in Imboden, Arkansas.
