The changes that occurred in the hydrological system of the Shatt al-Arab stream led to significant changes in the sources of pollution and their levels. Therefore, the concentration of four toxic metals in the water along the longitudinal section of the Siba channel was measured (nickel, chromium, arsenic, and cadmium) and for the wet and dry seasons of 2022, and it became clear through analyzes of Mokhtaria, that the concentrations of dissolved toxic metals studied at the two measuring stations witnessed local and temporal variations, as their percentage increased during the wet season due to rain, which plays a major …

Dear Readers: Literary journals are a common component of colleges and universities spanning across many continents. As many students experience the drastic transition from childhood to independence, emotions can feel overwhelming, and life can quickly become flooded with anxiety. Writing is an outlet for many; a place humanity turns to as a form of secure therapy.

This creative nonfiction essay explores the meaning of home, stewardship, and healing through the story of a veteran who restored a neglected house on a hill in Greenville County, South Carolina. Built in the 1950s by another veteran on land once belonging to the Perry family, the home becomes a place of repair for both the structure and the person caring for it. The female body experiences significant hormonal change throughout the stages of life, and these fluctuations can substantially impact the voice. Many female singers are aware that their voice changes during times such as menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause, but they are rarely taught the scientific reasons behind these changes.
