Certificate, 4 March 1933, issued to Samuel Dennis, Fayette County, Kentucky, pardoning him of the crime of maiming. Governor Rudy Laffoon's name is imprinted on the certificate, but it is signed by Lieutenant Governor A.B. Chandler.
