The yearbook of the Class of 1929 of Kutztown State Teachers' College, now Kutztown University, in Kutztown, PA. The name of the institution was changed in 1928 from the Keystone State Normal School to Kutztown State Teachers' College to reflect that teacher certification now required students to complete a four-year program, resultng in a Bachelor's degree, instead of the 2 or 3 year programs that were offered by the Normal School.
