Items were received in 2008 and include notable materials from the Institute including a Proposal for a BFA in Sacred Music, the Birke Writers Series in 1987-1988, the Tri-State Arts Forum from 1988-1990, and various programs of the 1980s. An overview of the history of a dynasty of flutists, flute manufacturers and music publishers established by English emigrant Edward R. Riley in New York. Riley and copperplate printer Thomas Adams formed the firm Riley & Adams in 1812. It is said that all his three sons became music publishers, music instrument manufacturers and retailers.
