Run by husband and wife team, Feargal and Fiona O'Donnell, our focus is on finding the best, fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, that the midlands has to offer. Our food, expertly executed by our head chef, Dee Adamson, is our take on "modern Irish" food, served in a relaxed, comfortable, setting.
