Libraries have traditionally collected and displayed art and illustration, particularly the latter because of its affinity to literature. With this expanding collection of original artworks created by award-winning illustrators from around the world, Murray Library embraces that tradition. In addition to supporting the education and art curriculum, the Engle Memorial Collection inspires student and faculty research and is an ideal destination for field trips by students from area schools.
