Emergence is the tendency for a population to connect without any preconceived notion of such. Emergence is a critical term in the discussion of growing urban isolation. Emergence and play are intertwined, both are critical in addressing urban disconnection. Using architecture, emergence will guarantee a resurgence in urban connectivity.
