Token-Efficient Verification For Self-Improving Root-Cause-Analysis Agents, Necati Cehreli Aug 2026

Token-Efficient Verification For Self-Improving Root-Cause-Analysis Agents, Necati Cehreli

Defensive Publications Series

Proposed herein is a system that chooses how much testing is needed for an improvement to an artificial intelligence (AI) root cause analysis (RCA) agent before the system trusts the improvement. Small, local changes can receive quick replay first, while broad or risky changes require a full rerun or multi-case batch testing. One result of the proposed approach is a safer and less costly self-improvement loop through which a system can spend additional testing effort when the change warrants such testing.

Deterministic, Model-Independent Grounding-Integrity Mechanisms For Retrieval-Augmented And Agentic Language-Model Systems, Roberto A. Wenzel Aug 2026

Deterministic, Model-Independent Grounding-Integrity Mechanisms For Retrieval-Augmented And Agentic Language-Model Systems, Roberto A. Wenzel

Defensive Publications Series

Revision 1.2 of a defensive publication disclosing deterministic, model-independent grounding-integrity mechanisms for retrieval-augmented and agentic LLM systems. The mechanisms make citation resolvability an invariant of every output mode routed through a cross-tool evidence registry — detect → bounce → strip with compound-citation surgery, an ordering rule, and a strip-event notice — and make degradations of grounding (a removed citation, a deleted source, an unverified item, a suspect "not found") visible to the reviewer rather than silent. Revision 1.2 adds Technique G (decompose-and-verify: per-unit grounding, byte-identical scoped regeneration, de-correlated verification, citation tombstones, honest terminal states), a precise trust model and guarantee …

Evidence-Partitioned Autonomy Authorization For Llm Agents: Single-Use Capability Tokens, A Selection-Bias Firewall, And Pre-Outcome Committed Audit Selection In A Cross-Model Execution-Authority Control Loop, Jason Edward Plumb Aug 2026

Evidence-Partitioned Autonomy Authorization For Llm Agents: Single-Use Capability Tokens, A Selection-Bias Firewall, And Pre-Outcome Committed Audit Selection In A Cross-Model Execution-Authority Control Loop, Jason Edward Plumb

Defensive Publications Series

Large-language-model agents are routinely granted execution authority they have not earned: per-call permission prompts do not scale, allowlists do not adapt, and commercial “trust scores” are heuristic. This disclosure describes a deterministic, fail-closed execution-authority control loop in which model outputs are never authority. One model may only propose typed, exactly-argued actions; a second model may only request execution of an unmodified proposal; a host-owned controller authorizes each operation immediately before it executes; and a gateway redeeming single-use capability tokens is the only path to side effects. Four mechanisms are disclosed in enabling detail: (1) an autonomy-evidence store partitioned by a …

Macro-Scale Ultra-Vacuum Containment Vaults (Uvcv) And Detached Robotic Logistics Logs For The Absolute Elimination Of Interfacial Oxidative Degradation, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the macroscopic architectural layout, atmospheric seal metrics, and automated robot-to-machine routing protocols required to establish an external environmental guardrail for high-throughput Elemental Transmutation Replicator (ETR) industrial nodes. Prior art (Paper 128) details the micro-scale electro-hydrodynamic lamination of edible protective polymer skins over hyper-accelerated macro-nutrient streams. However, mechanical nozzle failures or unexpected microfluidic backpressure cascades introduce an operational vulnerability: transient exposure to ambient atmospheric oxygen (O₂) and water vapor (H₂O) can cause instant material degradation and structural collapse during high-velocity extrusion passes.

This disclosure resolves this structural vulnerability by placing the entire replication assembly inside a sealed, structural …

Dynamic Harmonic Resampling And Ternary Fluid-Canvas Operating Networks For The Elimination Of Volumetric Washout In High-Throughput System Interfaces, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Dynamic Harmonic Resampling And Ternary Fluid-Canvas Operating Networks For The Elimination Of Volumetric Washout In High-Throughput System Interfaces, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification establishes the software-hardware architecture, fluid-canvas compilers, and low-level dynamic phase-alignment algorithms required to eliminate the downstream Acoustic Wave-Saturating Washout bottleneck within the Phase 2 Macro-Texture Structure Matrix of the Elemental Transmutation Replicator (ETR) framework. Prior art (TDC #11772, Paper 126) breaks the thermal limits of Phase 1 Synthesis, yielding a continuous, hyper-accelerated volumetric stream of unorganized liquid protein and lipid emulsions. Under static acoustic conditions, this accelerated flow rate sweeps away stationary ultrasonic nodes, preventing successful macro-texture cross-linking and fiber folding.

This disclosure resolves this fluid-dynamic constraint by deploying a Distributed Ternary Fluid-Canvas Operating Network governed by Module …

System Architecture For Ai-Synchronized Phononic Suppression Matrices And Solitonic Disruption Of The Exothermic Bonding Barrier In Atomic Layer Deposition Cores, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

System Architecture For Ai-Synchronized Phononic Suppression Matrices And Solitonic Disruption Of The Exothermic Bonding Barrier In Atomic Layer Deposition Cores, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the architectural integration, hardware layouts, and predictive real-time control algorithms required to transition the Phase 1 Ultra-Vacuum Synthesis Bed of the Elemental Transmutation Replicator (ETR) framework (Prior Art: TDC #11772) from an assembly-throttled safety regime to a hyper-accelerated, continuous-flow manufacturing matrix. Prior art (CART-CE #12157) establishes that instantaneous molecular synthesis yields extreme, localized exothermic enthalpy spikes (ΔH°f) that overwhelm the passive thermal conductivity (κ) of Silicon Carbide (SiC) dampening hulls, triggering automated laser throttling and dropping system velocity to protect structural interfaces.

This disclosure resolves this structural material bottleneck by implementing an AI-Governed Active Phononic Dampening Field. …

Hybrid Graph-Neural Net And Resource Description Framework-Star (Rdf-Star) Semantic Signal Ranking With Sparse-Semantics Recovery And Provenance-Aware Output, Vladimir Mikhailov, Raja Soundaramourty Aug 2026

Hybrid Graph-Neural Net And Resource Description Framework-Star (Rdf-Star) Semantic Signal Ranking With Sparse-Semantics Recovery And Provenance-Aware Output, Vladimir Mikhailov, Raja Soundaramourty

Defensive Publications Series

A ranking service receives sparse request input and ranks candidates using a hybrid graph-neural and semantic-evidence architecture. The service computes graph-derived relevance using a Graph Neural Network (GNN), retrieves Resource Description Framework-star (RDF-star) statement-level semantic-relationship evidence, and computes a semantic score from the retrieved evidence. When direct semantic evidence is unavailable, bounded runtime fallback uses attenuated one-hop neighbor evidence. The service blends the graph-derived relevance and semantic score to produce ranked results with score decomposition and provenance indicators. The architecture improves semantic-context coverage and explainability for sparse enterprise graphs while preserving baseline neural-ranking behavior.

Ai Driven Firmware Integrated Assistant For Dynamic Printer Features Education, Assistance And Recommendation, Hp Inc Aug 2026

Ai Driven Firmware Integrated Assistant For Dynamic Printer Features Education, Assistance And Recommendation, Hp Inc

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure presents an artificial intelligence-based system that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to contextually educate, assist, and recommend printer features to users. End-users of printing devices frequently underutilize available product features due to fragmented and inaccessible product information. Feature documentation is dispersed across datasheets, embedded help systems, and release notes, that are often verbose, overly technical, or not contextually surfaced at the point of need, resulting in low feature discoverability and suboptimal device utilization. This approach improves feature adoption, accelerates issue resolution, and enhances the overall user experience with the printing device.

Antigen Discovery In Multiple Myeloma Using Integrated Long-Read Transcriptomics And Immunopeptidomics, Aya Albittar

Dissertations and Theses (Open Access)

Multiple myeloma (MM) remains an incurable plasma cell malignancy, with relapse driven by persistent chemotherapy-resistant cells and residual disease following treatment. Although immunotherapies have transformed MM care, their success depends on identifying tumor-specific antigens that can be safely targeted. While aberrant genomic structural variation and transcriptional dysregulation are increasingly recognized as sources of novel antigens in MM, the HLA-presented antigenic landscape of MM remains incompletely characterized, particularly for non-canonical, structurally-derived peptides, and long-read transcriptome-informed immunopeptidomic data specific to MM remain scarce.

We established an integrated antigen discovery platform combining long-read RNA sequencing (Iso-Seq) with mass spectrometry-based HLA immunoprecipitation and immunopeptidomics …
