Using computational econometric techniques, this study examines three important macroeconomic indicators over a multi-year period: GDP growth, inflation, and unemployment. The study uses a Python-based analytical pipeline for data processing, visualization, and interpretation by integrating cross-sectional and time-series data from trustworthy sources. The methodology evaluates indicator behavior under different economic conditions by using statis- tical learning and segmentation across multiple temporal phases. This study underscores the clinical effectiveness of Single Pill Combination (SPC) therapy in managing hypertension among patients previously on monotherapy or suboptimal treatment regimens. This study examines the relationship between self-efficacy and academic performance in students, analyzing differences according to socio-demographic factors such as gender and residence. Participants (N = 115) of this study are students from different university programs in Kosovo. A quantitative method was used, with two instruments: the General SelfEfficacy Scale (GSE) and the Academic Performance Scale. The results show a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and academic performance. Pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (pALL) remains the most common childhood malignancy, comprising approximately 30% of all pediatric cancers and demonstrating remarkable heterogeneity in disease biology and treatment response. Advances in risk stratification, driven by cytogenetic and genomic profiling—including identification of aneuploidy, chromosomal translocations, and key mutations—have enabled substantial improvements in cure rates, now reaching 80-90% in developed settings. This review synthesizes current epidemiological trends, known genetic drivers such as PAX5, IKZF1, and TP53, and the implementation of precision medicine approaches. This study presents a comprehensive workflow for collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing German-language comments from Reddit for sentiment analysis. Initially, a Pythonbased scraper using the Reddit API was developed to extract topic-specific comments, which were then cleaned by removing special characters, links, and irrelevant tokens. The dataset underwent tokenization, stopword removal, and normalization using stemming and lemmatization to produce a structured corpus suitable for machine learning tasks.Sentiment classification was performed using the German BERT model (oliverguhr/german-sentimentbert), categorizing comments as positive, negative, or neutral.
