Background

Working in shift especially night shift could alter alertness level, increase fatigue, and working accident. One of the factors that affect the circadian rhythm were melatonin. Melatonin was a hormone that regulate the wake and sleep cycle that have an impact on alertness levels. This study was aimed to find correlation between plasma melatonin and alertness level.

Methods

Chaos theory explicates how small things can result in big differences. Its basic principles can provide an alternative means for literary and non-literary interpretations. This study will explore how the principles of chaos theory can be utilized, together with commonly used literary theories, as an analytic lens to analyze the dramatic text of Shakespeare. Design/methodology/approach: A critical appraisal of the relevant studies is carried out across various important dimensions of the empirical estimation of the Balassa-Samuelson hypothesis including the scheme of sectoral division followed, definitions and proxy variables used for constructing real exchange rate and price series, choice of output and employment series and their subsequent transformation, empirical methodology followed and (theoretically) different variants of the hypothesis chosen for empirical estimation. Due to their transient nature of having short attention spans, causing disruptions in the classroom, and academic shortcomings, students diagnosed with ADHD need non-pharmacological methods to help them achieve academic success. The purpose of this hermeneutic phenomenological study was to describe the lived experiences of college undergraduate students at Arbiter University who have low senses of academic self-efficacy due to having been diagnosed with ADHD. Tarana Burke initially launched the Me Too movement to cultivate solidarity among sexual assault survivors in 2006, and public appropriations of this effort have resulted in a kairotic moment of accountability in sexual assault cases. Particularly, the 2017 hashtag, #MeToo populates media platforms as the public invokes it to make sense of sexual assault cases, bearing witness to victim-survivors, assigning blame, or disavowing culpability. Challenging legacies of public denial, #MeToo marks a cultural shift in which victim-survivors are not only speaking out, they are also being heard and believed. Low family socioeconomic status (SES) has been noted to impact children and youths’ development, specifically in cognitive skills and risky behaviors (Brieant et al., 2021). Low SES often increases stressors for parents, may hinder monitoring of youth if parents must work multiple jobs, and may impact child-parent quality time and bonding (Conger & Conger, 2002). It also presents barriers to cognitively stimulating resources and social activities. Yogyakarta City and its peri urban areas have experienced a rapid land cover change in the last two decades from non-urban to urban areas. Understanding the driving factors and their level of influence will facilitate well-informed decisions in planning sustainable urbanization. This study formulated a hypothesis that the area hosting a university is most likely to have higher urban area and urbanization rate and verified it by using a land change model (LCM). Masaaki Yuasa's 2014 series Ping Pong: The Animation approaches the ideas of play, competition, and victory in unique ways, especially when compared to other series in the sports anime genre. Through the protagonist Smile, Yuasa encourages viewers to engage with play in a childlike, empathetic and naïve way, as opposed to focusing on victory. By analyzing the series using De Koven's ways to approach play, scholars and fans can better understand the variety of ways in which the characters approach play, and how each of them eventually learns to play well. Objective The aim of the study was to explore how dental practitioners in primary care settings perceive the impact of enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE) upon patient communication and wider clinical practice. Methods This study utilized a qualitative approach, rooted in critical realism. An interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) methodology was adopted as the study method. In accordance with IPA, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted. Eight dental practitioners were recruited, with data analysis conducted according to the principles of IPA. This essay introduces the Korean public bathhouse, jjimjil-bang, to understand the concept of interiority from sociocultural and psychological perspectives. The author addresses interiority as a continuous process of defining the range of intimacy that changes with context, space, and time. Interiority involves individuating spatial and situational moments in the blended physical, perceived, and imaged environment. In exploring interiority, the case of jjimjil-bang suggests broad perspectives for understanding spatial circumstances as an integration of the activity, environment, and situation. In 2021, Indonesia participated in the London Design Biennale, focusing on the theme of Resonance. The pavilion's response centred around public housing as an uncanny site, examining the psychological barriers faced by evicted communities during their transition to public housing. This study provides a conceptual analysis by exploring how the uncanny aspects of the occupants' experiences are expressed in installation using the illusory interior as a spatial metaphor. Through practice-led research, utilising ethnographic surrealism and narrative inquiries, data was gathered and translated into artistic mediums through various experiments. The paper examines the performance and embodiment of spirituality in Japanese Noh Drama during the Muromachi era from 1336 CE to 1573 CE. It also observes the art form from a modern perspective. Specifically, this research examines the classic Noh Drama play Atsumori by Zeami Motokiyo through the phenomenological lens. How Does Our Voice Reflect Who We Are? Different Ways Of Relating To The Voice And The Self Using Implicit Association Tests., Audrey Elizabeth Tucker

This study aims to examine individual differences of the voice’s contribution to the self via implicit and explicit associations. A new Implicit Association Test (IAT) about the voice was created and presented to vocal performers and community controls. One-hundred eleven participants completed this voice-related IAT, the Vocal Congruence Scale (VCS), and the Voice Handicap Index (VHI) via an in person, monitored, and timed Qualtrics survey. Findings demonstrated an implicit relationship between the voice and the self. Strength of implicit relationships between self and voice were greater for community controls than vocal performers. This IAT revealed divergent validity with the VCS …
