Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasional, OCB, dan pemberdayaan dengan kinerja dosen di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini digolongkan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur eksistensi variabelnya dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi pembelajaran meringkas dan format presentasi terhadap hasil belajar penalaran argumentatif sejarah di SMA. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan faktorial yang terdiri dari pretest-perlakuan-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dari empat kelas pada empat SMA negeri di Kabupaten Malang. Increases in climate change-related mental health concerns, including traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression, highlight the need for climate-aware approaches to mental healthcare. This study portrayed a profile of exemplary EYL teachers’ competence indicators of pedagogical and professional implementation and personal and social manifestation. The research involved seven subjects. The data were collected through interviews, observations, field-notes and documentary studies and they were analyzed by a snow-balling procedure. The study found out that the subjects performed professional competences which classified them as exemplary EYL teachers at the elementary school. This present study is aimed at examining whether there is a significant difference in the vocabulary mastery of students who are taught using semantically related words and those who are taught using unrelated words.
