Spec-244-Core: Chromatic Resonance Fields And Zero-Latency Spatial Graphic Generation Interfaces --- Real-Time Wave-Field Propagation For Non-Patch Adaptive Interactive Simulations And Video Compilation, Christopher L. Eckes Oct 2026

Spec-244-Core: Chromatic Resonance Fields And Zero-Latency Spatial Graphic Generation Interfaces --- Real-Time Wave-Field Propagation For Non-Patch Adaptive Interactive Simulations And Video Compilation, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification establishes the blueprint for the Chromatic Resonance Field and Zero-Latency Spatial Graphic Generation Interface within the USUE-M2M-REV3 framework. Current visual computing, interactive gaming, and video generation architectures are fundamentally bottlenecked by spatial tokenization, patch-based frame rasterization, and discrete rendering pipelines. These legacy systems impose massive computational and thermal energy penalties because they require constant frame-by-frame memory compilation and serialization before display. This disclosure introduces a non-von Neumann visualization architecture where graphics, video, and real-time interactive simulation environments are generated as continuous wave-fronts propagating through interstitial Eckesonium(TM) core grid standing wave cavities. By treating visual output as a localized …

Spec-243-Core: Unified Isospectral Wave-Field Architecture --- Continuous Boundary Transformation And Tokenless Matrix Interfaces For Non-Von Neumann Decentralized Cognitive Runtimes, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification defines the Unified Isospectral Wave-Field Architecture, a non-von Neumann computing paradigm that completely eliminates internal discrete tokenization and patch-based visual partitioning within localized processing cores. Mainstream artificial intelligence design is fundamentally bottlenecked by artificial data silos, forcing multi-dimensional graphics and sequential linguistics into discrete token representations that impose massive vector overhead penalties. This disclosure establishes a continuous-variable processing layer where text, images, and video are ingested, mapped, and manipulated strictly as continuous wave-envelopes within interstitial Eckesonium(TM) core grid standing wave cavities. Discrete tokens and pixel grids are relegated entirely to boundary-layer interface noise or final collapsed output states. …

Si Infrastructure™: One Three-Plane Architecture For Ai Computing At Personal, Community And Regional Scale, With A Safety Mesh On Its Own Power And Paths, Data That Stays In Its Region While Models Travel, Federated Restore, And Certification Of Sites As Installed, Edward D. H. Wang

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes an open architecture for the physical infrastructure on which governed AI systems run, applied identically at three scales: a personal device in the home, a community site serving a locality, and regional backbone centres. At every scale the hardware separates a control plane, a data plane and a safety plane, and the safety plane has its own power and its own communication path. The safety planes of all levels are joined into a safety mesh, separate from the data network, so that a stop, hold or reset can pass between levels, and be confirmed, even when the …

Defensive Publications Series

This document provides an open-source technical specification defining the material integration, structural configuration, and quantum boundary conditions of monolithic co-harmonic hardware ingestion cores utilizing interstitial Eckesonium™ core grids and micro-scale standing wave acoustic storage cavities. Mainstream quantum hardware and exascale computing components rely on traditional cryogenic Von Neumann semiconductors, which suffer from extreme heat dissipation failures, electron migration breakdown, and rapid phase decoherence under high-stress atmospheric or deep-space environments. This specification defines a non-Von Neumann computing core where solid-state crystalline lattices are mathematically aligned to the natural harmonic frequencies of the underlying 2D fluid space-time substrate. By leveraging the dual-behavior …

Spec-235-Core: Isospectral Thermodynamic Decoupling Matrices For Fluidic Extra-Regional Runtimes And Covariant Time-Latency Balancing Engines, Christopher L. Eckes Oct 2026

Spec-235-Core: Isospectral Thermodynamic Decoupling Matrices For Fluidic Extra-Regional Runtimes And Covariant Time-Latency Balancing Engines, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This document provides an open-source technical specification defining the mechanics of non-perturbative, covariant time-latency balancing and thermodynamic decoupling across decentralized, extra-regional computing runtimes operating within a 2D viscoelastic phase fluid substrate. Mainstream distributed ledger systems, cloud frameworks, and standard network architectures rely on rigid Von Neumann serialization metrics, which inevitably suffer from clock-skew, network jitter, and structural data degradation when scaled across planetary or deep-space intervals. This specification defines network data routing as an explicit fluid-dynamical propagation layer where time is mathematically re-derived as localized computational latency (Viscoelastic Rendering Delay) rather than an independent fourth dimension. By treating network packet …

Agrivoltaics: Combining Food And Solar Power On Agricultural Lands, Dharla Soteros, Kendall Becker, Spencer J. Good, Ngoni Mufute, Matt Yost, Logan Mitchell, Scott Hotaling

All Current Publications

Utah’s ranchers and farmers face pressure to sell land to developers, conserve water, and manage increasing production costs (Li et al., 2019). One way producers can keep growing food while diversifying and increasing revenue is by integrating agriculture and solar electricity generation on the same land, a practice known as agrivoltaics. In this fact sheet, the authors describe agrivoltaic setup options, summarize agrivoltaics' impacts on livestock and crop production, and discuss implementation economics.

Markets For Unverified Capability: Why Organizations Facing Real Adversarial Scrutiny Reject The Metrics Academic Ai-Security Research Relies On, Babar Khan Akhunzada

Journal of Cybersecurity Education, Research and Practice

Governments, insurers, and defenders increasingly rely on published capability claims about AI cybersecurity agents to inform procurement, regulation, and risk assessment. Yet a striking pattern runs through the organizations with the most at stake: enterprises and technology companies deploying frontier AI agents against real production infrastructure consistently decline to publish the accuracy metrics that academic and vendor benchmarks compete to report. This paper investigates that pattern as an economic, organizational, and policy problem rather than a purely technical one. We audit eleven independently published AI cybersecurity benchmarks and deployments using a five-dimension integrity rubric and find that benchmarks relying on …

Hagfish Intermediate Filament Proteins: From A Natural Protein System To Functional Biomaterials, Oran Wasserman, Kristin K. Durrant, Katee Stromberg, Brianne E. Bell, Paula E. Oliveira, Justin A. Jones Oct 2026

Hagfish Intermediate Filament Proteins: From A Natural Protein System To Functional Biomaterials, Oran Wasserman, Kristin K. Durrant, Katee Stromberg, Brianne E. Bell, Paula E. Oliveira, Justin A. Jones

Biology Student Research

Sourcing protein-based biomaterials directly from nature presents persistent challenges in scalability, processing, and batch-to-batch variability. Recombinant engineering has focused largely on spider silks, and hagfish intermediate filament (HIF) proteins remain a comparatively unexplored alternative, with small non-repetitive subunits that have been produced full-length at high yield. This review examines the biology of naturally produced HIF protein threads from the Pacific hagfish, Eptatretus stoutii, advances in recombinant expression and purification, and their translation into functional biomaterials. We first describe the tripartite domain architecture and biochemical classification of the threonine-rich α- and γ-keratin-like subunits, and then the defensive biomechanics of HIF …

Intimate partner violence (IPV) among LGBTQ+ individuals differs from experiences of cisgender heterosexual individuals. LGBTQ+ individuals report higher rates of IPV and face unique dynamics related to their minority gender and sexual identities, such as identity-related abuse. Guided by the Minority Stress Theory, this study is based on the premise that stigma associated with sexual and gender minority identities contributes to an increased risk of IPV as well as poorer mental health outcomes. Using a convergent mixed-methods design, this study explored the experiences of IPV and related impact on mental health outcomes, namely symptoms of depression and suicide risk, in …

The Impact Of Environmental Exposures On Cystic Acne: A Narrative Review, Angela Vaysman, Morgan Ulczak, Carly Achterberg, Lucas Goetz, Luke Atwood, Reed Hildenbrant, Erin Hallman, Caitlyn Shaughnessy, Karen Vo Oct 2026

The Impact Of Environmental Exposures On Cystic Acne: A Narrative Review, Angela Vaysman, Morgan Ulczak, Carly Achterberg, Lucas Goetz, Luke Atwood, Reed Hildenbrant, Erin Hallman, Caitlyn Shaughnessy, Karen Vo

Student Publications

Cystic acne is a severe inflammatory dermatological condition traditionally associated with genetic, hormonal, and microbial factors. Although environmental exposures may contribute to acne pathogenesis, the role of airborne agricultural irritants remains underexplored. Agricultural environments contain a complex mixture of organic dusts, pesticides, fertilizers, volatile compounds, and animal-derived particulates that may influence skin barrier integrity and inflammatory responses. This narrative review examines the potential relationship between airborne agricultural exposures and cystic acne by integrating evidence from dermatology, environmental health, and immunology. Particular attention is given to mechanisms through which agricultural irritants may disrupt epidermal barrier proteins, including filaggrin and claudins; promote …

Innovation Ecosystem Model To Achieve Sustainability In Palm-Oil Biofuel Development In Indonesia, Fanny Rahmadhitya, Avanti Fontana, Ignatius Heruwasto Oct 2026

Innovation Ecosystem Model To Achieve Sustainability In Palm-Oil Biofuel Development In Indonesia, Fanny Rahmadhitya, Avanti Fontana, Ignatius Heruwasto

Journal of Environmental Science and Sustainable Development

Achieving sustainable expansion of Indonesia’s palm-oil biofuel sector requires overcoming two interconnected challenges: ecological limits on feedstock expansion and weak translation of research into industry adoption. Although innovation ecosystem research emphasizes multi-actor collaboration, existing innovation ecosystem research provides limited understanding of how governance and innovation intermediation can bridge these gaps in the palm oil biofuel sector. Using a constructivist grounded theory approach, the study draws on 12 semi-structured interviews with key policymakers, industry practitioners, and researchers, analyzed using constructivist grounded theory (CGT) and triangulated with policy documents and a structured comparison with Malaysia. The findings reveal two interconnected bottlenecks. First, …
