Plithogenic sets introduced by Smarandache (2018) have disclosed new research vistas and this paper introduces the novel concept of plithogenic cognitive maps (PCM) and its applications in decision making. The new approach of defining instantaneous state neutrosophic vector with the confinement of indeterminacy to (0,1] is proposed to quantify the degree of indeterminacy. The resultant vector is obtained by applying instantaneous state vector through the connection matrix together with plithogenic operators comprising the contradiction degrees. In this paper, we prove a Meir-Keeler type common fixed point theorem for two mappings for which the range set of the first one is a family of soft sets, called soft set-valued map and the second is a point-to-point mapping. In addition, it is also shown that under some suitable conditions, a soft set-valued map admits a selection having a unique fixed point. In support of the obtained result, nontrivial examples are provided. Tourism development represents a key area for the economy. Its development depends largely on the ability to capture new sources of income. The city of Riobamba of Ecuador has the problem of not having a comfortable route that meets the current demands of tourists, which causes low levels of income. This research aims to develop a method for the analysis of the business plan through the Hierarchical Neutrosophics Analytical Process. The proposal is implemented in the Rioandes Company from which it is achieved as a result that the proposed plan represents a satisfactory alternative for its implementation.

In this paper we consider the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and we introduce a novel concept of KM-single valued neutrosophic metric graphs based on KM-fuzzy metric spaces. In this paper, we have developed a C# Application for finding the values of the complement, union, intersection and the inclusion of any two neutrosophic sets in the neutrosophic field by using .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio and C# Programming Language. In addition to this, the system can find neutrosophic topology, neutrosophic alpha-closed sets and neutrosophic g(alpha)-closed sets in each resultant screens. Also, this computer-based application produces the complement values of each neutrosophic closed sets.

Several generalizations and extensions of fuzzy sets have been introduced in the literature, for example, Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy sets, type 2 fuzzy sets and fuzzy multisets, etc. Using the Torra’s hesitant fuzzy sets, the notions of Sup-hesitant fuzzy ideals in BCK/BCI-algebras are introduced, and its properties are investigated. Relations between Sup-hesitant fuzzy subalgebras and Sup-hesitant fuzzy ideals are displayed, and characterizations of Sup-hesitant fuzzy ideals are discussed.

Quantifying the adverse events that the planet faces constitutes an activity little addressed by science. The dissemination of culture is an activity assumed by teaching institutions. Knowing the cultural elements that characterize each nation allows to preserve the cultural heritage. However, quantifying this result represents a complex task to perform. This research proposes a solution to the problem posed with the design of a multicriteria method for the evaluation of cultural diffusion. The method uses neutrosophical numbers to model uncertainty. The proposal introduced the results in UNIANDES, Ibarra and it was found that it has a high rate of cultural diffusion.

A high incidence of patient readmission in a hospital is a public health problem to consider. This investigation aims to address this problem at the "Luis Gabriel Dávila" hospital in the Province of Carchi, Ecuador, in its emergency area, where readmission incidence is considered in a time span of 48 hours. This paper is an investigation on the interrelationship among some financial performance indicators of the company "Zambrano Loor Naira Narcisa" located in the city of Santo Domingo, Ecuador. The study is conducted because this company presents some difficulties in this regard.
