Enhancing Workforce Development In Construction Management Through Collaborative Teaching (Co-Teaching) Models, John Annor, Francois Jacobs
Online Journal for Workforce Education and Development
This study evaluated the effectiveness of a collaborative co-teaching initiative implemented across three educational institutions—the University of State, Community College, and High School—through two key construction courses: Construction Materials and Methods and Construction Safety. Designed to bridge gaps across educational levels, the initiative adopted a mixed-methods research approach to assess student learning outcomes, instructional effectiveness, and stakeholder perceptions. Quantitative data were collected from standardized assessments, including quizzes, a safety plan project, and exams administered across multiple years. Analytical techniques such as Welch's two-sample t-tests and Welch ANOVA were employed to compare student performance between and within institutions, adjusting for unequal …

Mentoring programs are pivotal to workforce education, bridging skill gaps and fostering employee retention across industries. Although this study focuses on mentoring practices within the education sector, its findings are broadly applicable to other professions where effective mentoring supports employee onboarding, retention, and professional growth. Through qualitative interviews with mentors and mentees in a North Texas school district, this study identifies key factors contributing to successful mentoring: structured sessions, effective leadership, and prioritization of mentor-mentee relationships. While the findings underscore the universal principles of mentoring, the application of these insights across various professions warrants further research. By situating these findings …
Minimal Supersolution Of Bsdes Driven By Continuous Martingales In A General Filtration, Badr Elmansouri, Mohamed El Otmani
Minimal Supersolution Of Bsdes Driven By Continuous Martingales In A General Filtration, Badr Elmansouri, Mohamed El Otmani
Journal of Stochastic Analysis
In this paper, we study minimal supersolutions of backward stochastic differential equations (BSDEs) driven by a continuous local martingale in a general filtration. We establish existence, uniqueness, and stability results under various mild conditions on the terminal value and the generator. Additionally, we explore the connection between the concept of non-linear expectation and minimal supersolutions, emphasizing the specific properties that are relevant to our framework. We also prove a general monotonic limit theorem and apply this result to determine the smallest constrained supersolution of a BSDE with a possibly non-convex constraint.

The Ai Trust Mirage: Detecting When Confident Outputs Betray Reality, Pranav Bhatnagar Mr
Defensive Publications Series
Large language models increasingly generate responses that are fluent, structured, and delivered with strong apparent confidence. While this improves usability, it introduces a subtle operational risk: users often interpret linguistic certainty as evidence strength. In practice, model confidence signals and underlying factual support are not always aligned. This disclosure introduces the concept of the AI Trust Mirage, a condition in which AI outputs appear highly reliable despite weak, missing, or poorly grounded supporting evidence. The proposed framework detects confidence–evidence mismatch by jointly analyzing linguistic certainty markers, response structure, citation grounding, and contextual support signals. A composite Mirage Risk Score (MRS) …
Anomalous Spontaneous Induction Of Magnetic And Electric Fields In Dense Quark Matter, Efrain J. Ferrer, Jose Miguel Perez-Fernandez
Anomalous Spontaneous Induction Of Magnetic And Electric Fields In Dense Quark Matter, Efrain J. Ferrer, Jose Miguel Perez-Fernandez
Physics & Astronomy Faculty Publications
In this paper, we will demonstrate that a dense quark-matter system in the dual chiral density wave (DCDW) phase behaves as a ferromagnet in the sense that its magnetic-field dependent magnetization remains different from zero even at 𝐵 →0. The corresponding permanent magnetization is a function of the baryonic chemical potential 𝜇, decreasing up to zero as 𝜇 increases in the range of intermediate densities (312 MeV⩽𝜇⩽342 MeV) and then increasing from zero in the higher density interval 490 MeV⩽𝜇⩽550 MeV. We will show that this system’s ability to generate permanent magnetization, together with the existence of the axial anomaly, …
