Fevers often occur in children under five years of age due to the immature formation of their immune systems. Such fevers signify that something unusual is happening in the body, often due to illness. Parents conduct various management techniques, such as medical or traditional treatments, based on their beliefs. Banjar society has a health culture known as bapidara, which is used to treat children with fevers presumably attributable to supernatural disturbances. This exploratory research aimed to discover what alternative therapies the Banjar people use to treat children with fevers. This qualitative study used a transcendental phenomenological design. This research analyzes the spatial correlation between freshwater aquaculture production in Magelang Regency and the social and economic welfare of the community. Utilizing the Indeks Moran, LISA, and bivariate LISA methods, the results indicate inter-district correlations in freshwater fish production with a clustered distribution pattern. Mungkid and Muntilan districts are identified as production centers and hotspots. Freshwater fish production is also associated with community welfare, showing correlations with farmer groups despite a scattered distribution. However, the analysis of freshwater fish production and freshwater fish-based SMEs reveals a strong spatial relationship, particularly in Mungkid district, a central area fostering local development.

The manufacturing industry typically requires capacities on a large scale, increasing the risk of workplace accidents and illnesses. Thus, a stringent Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guideline is needed, notably through early Return to Work (RTW) policies. In this review we explore how the acceleration of the RTW process influences employees, factories, and policy after accidents. Using a literature review approach, this research collected the data and information from from books, journals, and articles discussing the topic of OHS management in domestic and overseas factories.Acceleration of RTW included gradual task modifications, alternative tasks, and workstation adjustments to facilitate workers’ …

Occupational and Environmental Medicine Journal of Indonesia
Background: N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) is an aliphatic amide which is miscible with water and a majority of organic liquids. Due to its amphiphilic properties, it is a widely used industrial solvent, especially for polymers. DMF has been consistently hepatotoxic, inducing effects on the liver at lowest concentrations or doses. N-acetyl-S-(N-methylcarbamoyl)cysteine (AMCC) which is one major metabolites of DMF, found in urine after DMF exposure of the whole workweek.
Objective: To determine the way of AMCC can be use as biomarker of DMF exposure and the best possible sampling time.

Road To Sustainability: Developing A Sustainability Performance Measurement Framework For City Logistics From A Multi-Stakeholder Perspective, Xu Zhang
Doctoral
Sustainability assessment in city logistics has been a perpetual and salient agenda among city managers and logistics industry practitioners, especially in light of the promotion of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Research studies to date have tried to assess city logistics operations’ sustainability performance and their impact, but most endeavours have ended in vain due to elusive sustainability goals, inconsistent indicator quality, ambiguous stakeholder responsibility, and poor data availability on city levels.
To address these challenges, this study is advocating for a collaborative sustainability reporting and assessment process among public and private …

Religious Liberty: Natural Rights Or The Politics Of Conscience, Madeline Nielsen
Undergraduate Honors Theses
Religion Clause jurisprudence in the United States has long been a subject of debate. Vincent Phillip Muñoz and Steven D. Smith, two prominent scholars in the field, offer distinct perspectives on the interpretation and application of the Religion Clauses. Muñoz advocates for a natural rights construction, grounding religious liberty in the Founders' understanding of inalienable rights. In contrast, Smith analyzes the principle of religious liberty through reflecting upon how the Founders’, particularly James Madison, were influenced by the historical, philosophical, and theological development of the principle. This thesis conducts a comparative analysis of their viewpoints, focusing on their interpretations of …

Despite the importance of imagination to entrepreneurship, it is underexplored by researchers in the field. Imaginativeness is a cognitive ability that coalesces the capacity for imagination with the knowledge required to rationally conjure up a variety of task-related scenarios. It is especially helpful for those who lack prior experience and therefore can be ben-eficial for recent graduates and anyone who wants to launch their own business. In our study, we examine whether imaginativeness, in its three forms, can influence engineering students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Our study recorded 216 responses to prove the hypotheses employing partial least squares path …
